Thank you for your measured response and keen attention.

I will be at City Hall in the North Court for the 4 pm announcement by the Department of Elections. I have asked a specialist in voting systems and someone who is well known by the San Francisco Voting Systems Task Force to be available to meet the press with me at City Hall at 4:30 p.m. today.

As a candidate with standing and good cause, I challenge the legality of San Francisco County Election held on November 8th, 2011. The Department of Elections is not properly executing the tabulation of the vote of the people. The "black box" tabulation fraud adds this additional new component to the many incidences of Ballot Fraud, which already constitutes the necessary pattern of illegal activity required for R.I.C.O. prosecution. The patterns and elements are all in place.

Unfortunately, for the voters and tax payers, we have Voter Registration Fraud, Retail Ballot Fraud, Wholesale Ballot Fraud, Manufacturing and Distribution Ballot Fraud, Department of Elections Operational Fraud and Voting Systems Vendor Fraud, which has made one complete mess of this November 8th 2011 San Francisco County Election.

Lets take a clearer look at the list:

(1) The Voter Registration Fraud took place when people who are not eligible to vote as American Citizens filled out the Voter Registration Document to secure a position in the Voter Data Base, and signed up as a permanent absentee voter. We have no idea how many voters did this. As a Candidate, I have no way to know. As a Taxpayer and Voter, no other Citizen has any way to know how many have done this. The District Attorney never prosecutes these cases as there are no referrals from the Department of Elections. The Department of Elections has no way to know how many Voters are committing this Voter Registration Fraud. The end result is we have tens of thousands of voters who appear not to have the right to vote who are voting in our elections illegally. Federal investigation would yield the number of illegal voters we have who have participated in stealing an election or two or three, here in San Francisco.

(2) Retail Voter Ballot Fraud based on the one to one "voting assistance" which utilized "signature collection" from the Absentee Voters, coupled with "the collection of their blank ballots" like what we all saw take place on Stockton Street in Chinatown on October 21st. My shock at this illegal activity provoked me to write to the FBI on October 22nd, and I copied all of you with that open letter to the FBI.

(3) The Wholesale Ballot Fraud took place when the employees and staff of the Community Tenant Association (CTA) and the Chinatown Community Development Center (CCDC) collected the Retail Voter Fraud Ballots and returned those to the Department of Elections. This Wholesale Ballot Fraud resulted in the Voters loss of their rights to vote a second and third choice in the Ranked Choice Instant Runoff System. Those who signed their Absentee Envelopes and handed those over with their blank ballots were also denied the right to chose their vote in the Propositions. The win of Proposition C is highly suspect due to 35,000 absentee ballots turned in by the Wholesale Ballot Fraud Operators. and a 52,000 vote difference between the eventual Yes and No votes. The No on C voters may have actually won, like Al Gore in 2000 and John Kerry in 2004.

(4) The Manufacturing and Distribution Ballot Fraud took place when the Department of Elections sent the Voter Data Base to a printer to print Absentee Ballots, fold and stuff them into envelopes and individually address each, for release to the US Post Office. This operation as a Fraud now requires the assistance of the Offices of the United States Postal Inspector, due to the use of the US Mail to commit this crime. What the printers did was compound and enable the first three frauds itemized above.

(5) The Department of Elections Operational Fraud took place in numerous points numbered above. These Department of Elections Operational Frauds included the enabling illegal Voter Registration of non-citizens, allowance of Voting Assistance Booths on City Sidewalks, with the San Francisco Police and approval of a corrupt District Attorney. These Department of Elections Operational Frauds also include the allowance of "Voter Assistants" to drop off ballots by the plastic bag-full for later count and tabulation of the illegal vote. The Department of Elections Operational Frauds also include the operations of Sequoia Systems Tabulation Processes that do not accurately reflect the totals of the actual count of the single ballots. The Department of Elections Operational Frauds also include the "Re-Make" of voted paper ballots with voter pens so as to change the vote of the people. Director John Arnst should be terminated for willful negligence in the operations of a County Elections Department.

(6) The Voting Systems Vendor Frauds took place in the sales, set up and operations of the central tabulation process, that has delivered inaccurate vote tabulations.

The other elements in this crime include contract fraud, fraud of the People of San Francisco, graft, collusion, and matters that require a seasoned United States Attorney, or independent counsel such as Kevin Ryan.

Some of the additional elements to this R.I.C.O. felony include the no-bid purchase of the Sequoia Voting Systems that is not tabulating the votes correctly. This no-bid contract was worth what? $9 million? This relationship between the Department of Elections and Sequoia set up the clear tabulation fraud which is taking place now, at this time on this day, here in the basement of this building, we all know as our San Francisco City Hall. This kind of illegal activity should never take place under the roof of the house of the people.

The other additional elements to this larger R.I.C.O. felony include the 2008 and 2010 testing and gaming of the Voter Registration process, used by San Francisco. This testing and gaming allowed illegal operators of this R.I.C.O. to pack the voter rolls with illegal absentee voters. No voter is eligible to vote in our elections in San Francisco unless they have met our citizenship requirements. Any Chinese National can get a Drivers License and then Register to vote illegally. This is not allowed under both US and California Law, but where are our Peoples Attorneys? The DA, the California AG and US Attorney are all asleep at the switch! This abuse of the Voter Registration Process allowed people controlled by Rose Pak to secure unlawful absentee ballots and participate in the wholesale Ballot and Elections fraud which has been in the news lately and is now at the corner stone of this R.I.C.O. Racketeering Felony.

There was more to my original October 22nd complaint to the FBI. Now that President of the Board of Supervisors and colleague Candidate for Mayor has had his Campaign Offices ransacked, we have the elements of burglary and more on the table now. Was Rose Pak behind this as well? Where her fellow agents of the Peoples Republic of China involved in the breaking and entering? Did David Chiu have evidence against Rose Pak and Jane Kim? Throughout Chinatown, Rose Pak has spread fear of consequences in China, if people do not do her bidding in San Francisco. This is serious. Since Rose Pak now controls the Police and the District Attorney's office, can she and her organized crime associates break into our local officials offices? Was that the message we are all to get? Rose Pak is a hoodlum and extortionist, and we need Federal Assistance at this time as California Attorney General Kamala Harris is too close and conflicted with Willie Brown to represent the People of California in this mess. The SFPD and SFDA do not protect and serve the People of San Francisco as they are clearly under the control of Willie Brown, Rose Pak and Ed Lee, if our President of our Board of Supervisors is not even safe in San Francisco.

The past Extortion of Recology may also include Extortion of PG&E Officials, and further Campaign Finance Violations committed in this case. Past Mayor Willie Brown, his associate and representative agent of the Peoples Republic of China, Rose Pak committed this campaign finance violation with Ed Lee in collusion. All these charges of extortion were in the press and are the subject of investigations by DA Gascon that he must turn over to the FBI. This is too much.

These new issues and the original complaint needs prompt attention now. The Election was a Fraud. We all suffer from this Election Fraud, component to the R.I.C.O. Complaint, which I already specified to the Agent In Charge at the San Francisco Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation on October 22nd.

Here is my statement, which I wrote this morning where I challenge the election results as a candidate with standing and good cause as spelled out above.

Dear Ms. Stephanie Douglas, Special Agent in Charge, FBI San Francisco:

Thank you for your professional prompt attention to this formal felony complaint, which I make now against sitting Mayor Ed Lee, and against his campaign, his campaign workers clearly visible in this video, and the people behind the organizing and compensating of these people - clearly seen in this video, with the link I provide as evidence now. Ed Lee has a huge crew of illegal campaign contributors, organized by and including Ms. Rose Pak, and ex Mayor Mr. Willie Brown, who were previously reported in the San Francisco Chronicle, as the very persons who extorted Recology, and other corporations to make illegal campaign contributions, who do business with San Francisco thru both the Administrative Offices, which were in the recent past directed by Ed Lee, and now overseen by the now Mayor’s Office, now also controlled by Mr. Ed Lee. Clearly, on face, these illegal and recent campaign contributions not only are a pattern of organized crime, in the solicitation of illegal campaign contributions, but the moneys collected as well as the use of those illegal funds appear to pay for and paid to set up illegal voting stations on the sidewalks of Chinatown, for the purposes of stealing an election. This is clear Racketeering in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. section 1961 et seq. (1970).

This pattern of felony is organize crime and a violation of the R.i.C.O. Act. Here, let me provide you the definition of Racketeering, so we are on the same page here with the black letter law: Racketeering: A pattern of illegal activity carried out as part of an enterprise that is owned or controlled by those who are engaged in the illegal activity. The latter definition derives from the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corruption Organizations Act (RICO), a set of laws (18 U.S.C.A. § 1961 et seq. [1970]) specifically designed to punish racketeering by business enterprises.

Here are a few links I posted on my campaign site, and on the feeder social media sites, which I use to update my supporters regarding the news of the campaign leading to the November 8th 2011 election of our new Mayor here in San Francisco. I am on the Ballot as one of the 16 qualified candidates. The San Francisco Department of Elections lists me as candidate number seven on their formal public list. You can easily see identifiable faces of people who may or may not be employees of the Chinese Government of Communist China. You can also easily determine who of these people work for Rose Pak and Willie Brown, as well as who paid them and from what funds. My understanding is that David Chiu is the Supervisor of District 3, which includes Chinatown, where this video was taken. Maybe Mr. Chiu can be of assistance to you. David is proud of having gone to Harvard Law School and having worked as a District Attorney in the past. The women in the clip look like they worked for Supervisor Jane Kim on her 2010 campaign for Supervisor in District 6. They look familiar to me, as I worked on that 2010 Jane Kim campaign also, and I met many of the volunteers. My understanding of the situation is that Jane Kim’s team is who staffs the Ed Lee campaign, so she may be involved in the illegal activity, from fundraising illegally to actively organizing the voter fraud.

Based on my knowledge of San Francisco, the location appears to be on Stockton Street between Jackson and Pacific, where the MUNI Bus stop is located for Pacific Street. The location appears to be the east side of Stockton Street. You will probably see the individuals collecting votes illegally tomorrow as well, as Saturday is a big shopping day in our Chinese Community. If you have Chinese American Agents in your SF Offices, they can explain how the culture works, as I can see you are from Tennessee, and may not be up to speed on organized crime in Chinatown.

I request to be updated as to the results of my formal felony complaint and demand for federal investigation at this time.

Open Letter to the SF Ethics Commission 10/24/2011

Note: Here is a record of what took place in this campaign between me, the Ethics Commission the San Francisco Police Department, apparently Mayor Ed Lee's Offices, Supervisor Jane Kim's Offices and the staffs of both the Lee & Kim Operations within City Hall, and some of the Media here in San Francisco. This is what passes for democracy in San Francisco. Enjoy the read:

Good Morning Angeles -

I write you to address a couple of issues. (1) I am a responder, and John St. Croix's personal letters of October 11th, and again on October 17th refer to me as a "non-responsive" filer. So here is the only electronic response possible - at this writing. I respond in electronic email only, as no one informed me that the electronic filing of my FPPC Form 460 required the full re-do and complete regeneration of the data already filed for the January 1, 2011 thru June 30th, 2011 time frame. Your computer system requires me to do all that recreation of the records, I already filed, when I filed in ink to paper, back in August. I do not have the time to regenerate all this information, as I do not have a staff. None of this double work and re-generation of records was disclosed by Ethics at training, or I would have kept track electronically from the start. The failure to disclose these facts up front, by the Ethics Commission during training makes extra work for compliance and creates extra hurdles, rather than eases compliance and reduces the work on any campaign.

I am complying with the law. I filed my forms, and the personal loan to my campaign of the $12,500 I already disclosed is the only funding event I have to report, as I did on time on September 29th. I have discussed this fact with your staff regardless of electronic disclosure. The issue for me is time. There is not enough time to deal with all these record keeping processes as you never disclosed to me in the beginning that I needed to use the San Francisco system from the start. If you had been honest about that back in the spring training, I would have done all my records on the Ethics Computer System from the start.

(2) What you now need is the next electronic filing, which is due on 10/27, will also covers my campaign finance changes from the additional September 25th thru October 24th time frame, and there have been no changes since the paper report filed on September 29th. I will do the whole work product at one time. That is my only option. I do not have a staff.

When your offices worked with the San Francisco Police Department to block me from fundraising from July 23rd to July 28th, with Officer Stewart in Permits, that really stopped me dead in my tracks. I was not able to hire a bookkeeper forward, for lack of funds, due to your heavy handed and oppressive demands at that time. The allegation that I was peddling buttons and that my activity required SFPD Street Vendor Permits was an illegal unconstitutional limit on my free speech as a candidate. Whether for the 30 minutes on July 23rd, on the pedestrian entrance to the Third Street Bridge, where I was detained on the city sidewalk by the three Bicycle Officers of the SFPD, while the staffed Paddy Wagon stood in standby to take me to jail for talking to voters, at the orders of Ed Lee, or not, is not the point. Ed Lee was not an announced candidate on July 23rd, but Rose Pak and Willie Brown were already on Mayor Ed Lee's team, and they were then busy collecting $5,000 and $10,000 corporate contributions to Ed's campaign at that time. Now, the same people who have lunch with the Mayor 4 to 5 times per week, spend that corporate money on wholesale voter fraud and election fraud in Chinatown, where the chain of custody of official ballots in an honest election is frankly a joke, as per the video tape in circulation on the Internet. Who cares who counts the ballots when apparently thousands of ballots are issued to foreigners who are not even legal to vote? I did not realize that corporate money was also allowed in San Francisco now. When did a Mayor's solicitation of corporate donations become legal? Since when are corporations allowed to fund illegal criminal rackets, where the clear and visible patterns of illegal activities are posted on the Internet? Where is it legal for Mayor Ed Lee to use and apparently used his friends, and his extended family and/or known associates to solicit/extort these $5,000 and $10,000 corporate contributions from the same Executive Officers of the same corporations, which that same City Administrator (Ed Lee) and now our same Mayor (Ed Lee) issued and now oversees administration of no-bid hundred million dollar contracts? The fact that these teams in Chinatown use the same people who worked for Supervisor Jane Kim's 2010 campaign where Willie Brown also donated $10,000 in corporate money is apparently another felony. Jane Kim, and Rose Pak seem unable to stop their criminal conduct! This deeply disturbs me as this took place at the same time as your Ethics Commission worked in late July 2011, with the SF Police Department, to block me from talking to voters and soliciting help, on city sidewalks over $1.00 to $2.00 suggested campaign donations for political buttons. While Ed Lee's team was committing extortion in the same manner as what convicted and past Supervisor Ed Jew did, only on steroids, two of Ed Lee's City Departments blocked my free speech. Both Ethics and the SFPD report to the Mayor. The US Attorney put past Supervisor Ed Jew in Federal Prison for that corruption, involving pay to play. All Ed Jew did was take $30,000 to pay for help with one city permit. Both Rose Pak and Willie Brown, as well as the staff of Jane Kim's past 2010 campaign, all work for Ed Lee for Mayor. These people apparently took in over $250,000 from a plethora of corporate officers, who clearly all hoped to get their no-bid hundred million dollar contracts renewed. Jane Kim is a Supervisor, and votes on these no-bid contracts as well. This is beyond conflict of interest. What does "Ethics" mean to you?

The SFPD told me they worked with the Ethics Commission to try to get to the bottom of whether my free speech as a candidate was ok or not. I was told to stop all my activity on city sidewalks until SFPD Permits issued me a Permit, or I could go to jail. I waited until July 28th, to go get my permit issued from the Permits Office at 850 Byrant Street. On July 27th, I went to personally talk to the Chief of Police to find out if I needed to bring everyone before a Federal Judge to get ok'd to campaign for public office in San Francisco. On July 28th, Officer Stewart called me on the phone and told me that You - the Ethics Commission had problems with my "art work" on my buttons, but that the Cops did not, and that the SFDP had cleared me to continue with my campaign as of July 28th, and I should come pick up my Permit Application as my California FPPC Form 501 was on file and in-order. I lost that week. At points like that, it was all I could do not to just give up. Your Ethics Commission Deadline to qualify for matching funds was July 29th. I did not make that, because I basically shut down unknowing how to raise money, as your offices were then working with the SFPD to block my approach to voters for support and help with my campaign. The interaction between the Mayor's Office, the Chief of Police, the Permits Window of the SFPD, the Ethics Commission, and my being blocked from a legal campaign for Mayor smells illegal, especially in the week leading up to the deadline necessary to qualify for matching public money. The fact the the Ed Lee team practiced extortion of corporate contributions at this same time is more than odd. Based on the US Supreme Court Citizens United Decision, if corporations have total free speech rights, why don't I have the same as a human being and as an American Citizen and as a declared, filed and qualified candidate? How come two departments that work for a sitting Mayor get to block any one who is running for office from campaigning?

So now I am just one guy.

I will spend the time to electronically enter every single small change transaction from January 1st, 2011 to now into your computer system. Pleased be informed now that there basically are no financial changes from my September 29th paper filing thru till today, so this electronic record does not change any facts substantially in any manner, from what I have already filed and divulged. I do not anticipate that any of this will change before 5 p.m. today, but I have not purchased a State Lotto ticket yet! (that was said in humor)

I still have not had the physical time to personally sit down and physically re-enter in all the January 1st thru June 30th transaction data into your computer system, which I already prepared and filed. I filed the best accurate information I could in pen to paper already. Since my 9/29/2011 filing, there were a few small donations, as in less than $300 dollars worth. Those kind of donations all stopped in early August, after first John Avalos, and then Ed Lee and then finally Jeff Adachi jumped in to the race. I reported my personal $12,500 loan, and my obligation to my web-development guy for $1,000. That's it for FPPC #1338010.

The Secretary of State wants me to re-create my July 1st 2009 thru December 31st 2009 FPPC filing for the California Action Network, which I thought I filed. I will go back thru the Chase Bank Statements to re-create that Form 460 filing on FPPC #1318997. I clearly remember filing that July 1st 2009 thru December 31st 2009 Form 460 for the California Action Network, FPPC #1318997. Sacramento and San Francisco seem to have lost the records, and I have not gone to Los Angeles to see if they have their copy or not.

On my campaign for Mayor, I do know that I am trying to personally secure the finance to have one campaign party on November 8th, at the On Broadway Theater. That will be on my closing filing later in November. Earlier this year, we had hoped to do benefits from August, September and thru October. That never took place. Use of community help to get to and maintain matching funds never took place. I stopped all efforts to solicit donations from the public with my campaign buttons, after your Offices worked with the San Francisco Police Department to stop my use of my free speech rights on city sidewalks.

Please print this letter out and place a copy in my file, as I have already filed a formal R.I.C.O. Felony complaint with the Federal Bureau of Investigation over Ed Lee and other city officials running felony rackets under the color of law. I request this record be placed in my file for review by the proper Federal authorities forward.

I will file the electronic Form 460 as soon as possible, and I have set aside the time for tomorrow morning (10/25/2011), to start the personal entry of all my limited records into your City Computer System. I will go back and record all the data I already divulged to cover the full required time frame from January 1st forward until today, October 24th. I do not have matching funds and your offices know this. I do not have matching time either.

I do not anticipate any possible requirement for my compliance with your form SFEC-152(b)-2. Since I was not able to get the $25,000 for matching funds thru 250 to 300 people's donations of $100 or less each, before the July 29th deadline, I don't see how I would ever be able to secure $100,000 or more in a few days now.

We will not use the post office nor print any US Mail for mass mailings of paper to any one ever. So I will not need to file any form SFEC 161(a).

If I am able to personally loan any more money to my campaign, I will file the FPPC Form 497 within 24 hours. I hope to loan my final amount of $2,500 (two thousand and five hundred dollars) soon. I am compliant and within both the intent and letter of the law with my filings, with the exception of the electronic Form 460, due to my personal loan to my campaign. I have been in communications with the Ethics Commission Staff all along and I am still in overwhelm. At no point in this campaign have I enjoyed any assistance or staff volunteer work. None. During our candidate education last spring of 2011, I remember that no candidate can contribute or loan more than $15,000 (fifteen thousand dollars) to their own campaign. When did the limit change to $150,000 (one hundred and fifty thousand dollars)? As stated, I hope to loan another $2,500 to my campaign to accomplish the $15,000 limit we went over at training. That was how I was planning to have a party on November 8th. I do not know if that will be possible at this time. My campaign has been one walk of faith and exercise of prayer. Regardless of what happens - at least I tried to change San Francisco and end the corruption and organize crime that runs City Hall.

San Francisco is more corrupt than New Orleans, both in terms of elections and in terms of operations as a City and County. San Francisco has established patterns of wholesale fraudulent conveyance of public property to private persons for personal gain, in violation of the law. San Francisco also has patterns of wholesale violations of basic civil rights, where the District Attorney, the SFPD, and City Officials have been and are in illegal felony collusion, in criminal enterprise. San Francisco has patterns of wholesale obstruction of justice as well, in both civil and criminal operations. Now we have patterns of election fraud, voter fraud, and used of illegal campaign money to pay for those frauds. Since the Ethics Commission operates at the pleasure of the Mayor, and in secret, I find it more than unfair that you worked with the SFPD to block my solicitations for help, awareness, and to communicate my ideas for San Francisco to the voters. I am aware that I am the only candidate who charges these felonies and places these real charges before the people of San Francisco. I understand those I indict want me to go away. If I was a felon, I would not like the charges either. The facts are the Official Family is a bunch of felons that, like Ed Jew, belong in prison. While you as the Ethics Commission grant the ethical clearance for Mayor Ed Lee, his team's wholesale operations execute both elections and ballot frauds, which were clearly funded with tens of thousands of dollars of corporate contributions the Ethics Commission allowed to be solicited and extorted, in the same manner that landed Ed Jew in Federal Prison for corruption. Maybe Ed Jew should have given 10% to Rose Pak? I just find it odd that so many individuals in San Francisco are all above the law. I guess, in San Francisco felony conduct is ok if your in the 1%.

I am the 99%. Based on my experience with my 2011 campaign for Mayor, it is not possible for any person to run for office in San Francisco, and recruit and organize new people into the process. I was only able to bring my website live, in early October. There is no public democracy in San Francisco that works.

As a candidate, my personally talking to voters on the street was blocked as illegal according to both you in the Ethics Department and the San Francisco Police Department. As a candidate, there seems to be some unseen hand that blocks any and all media coverage of these facts as well as a real block on any new ideas in any form from the press. I promote public banking as that will end our fiscal trouble. This is a good plan. Why block that from the voters? MUNI should run free of use fees. We own it and we paid for it, and we pay every year in our rents and mortgages to cover operations with our taxes already. Why do we have to pay twice for what we already own and pay for on an ongoing basis? These are good ideas. Why should these ideas be kept from the voters by the heavy and oppressive hand of the Ethics and Police Departments?

As a candidate, my participation was stopped with threat of arrest again and again. In almost everyone of the many Mayor's Forums held as public events - these events were in fact not public. The moderator of at the Wallenberg Democratic Forum sponsored by 7 or 8 Democratic Clubs told me from the stage, in advance of the Israeli Government sponsored event, that if I opened my mouth, I would be arrested by the SF Police, and taken from the room. At UC Hastings, I was told that I was not invited to participate and in fact I was invited not to participate, even though Hastings is a Public University. I am a graduate and alum in the University of California Community. Candidates who are Harvard Graduates and graduates from Catholic and other Private Universities were allowed on stage and on camera, but as a University of California Graduate, I was told I was not allowed to be part of the conversations. What's up with that? KPIX and the Chronicle stated there are 15 candidates when in fact there are 16 and I am number seven on the list at the Department of Elections. Neither will print or address the needed correction and why I am being blackballed in all the Mainstream Media, and that includes the Bay Guardian now as well as the SF Weekly. I guess the "alternative press" does not want to loose Telecom and Banking Ads?

There are just too many coincidences for this situation not to be controlled and illegal. Unless the established political operators in San Francisco's One Party Government approve of any candidacy, the regulations on small campaigns are too oppressive to allow any independent to seek and achieve public office. I guess that's how the system is intended to work. And I am a Democrat. For me, I am not stopping. We need to call a California Citizens Constitutional Convention now. I intend to file shortly and see if we can qualify for the November 2012 Statewide Ballot. The changes needed in Ethics and Enforcement in San Francisco, are surely needed up and down our whole State. This rule by the 1% has got to go.

SAN FRANCISCO -- Seven San Francisco mayoral candidates sent a letter to federal and state officials Sunday requesting an investigation into media reports that supporters of Mayor Ed Lee were filling in ballots for voters Friday.

The letter points to reported witness testimony and video allegedly showing staff members from the group SF Neighbor Alliance for Ed Lee for Mayor 2011 "completing ballots for voters" and "preventing voters from marking their ballots for other mayoral candidates".

In the letter, the mayoral contenders ask Assistant U.S. Attorney General Thomas Perez and California Secretary of State Debra Bowen to investigate these claims. The letter was signed by Public Defender Jeff Adachi, County Supervisor John Avalos, Board of Supervisors President David Chiu, City Attorney Dennis Herrera, state Senator Leland Yee, Michela Alioto-Pier and Joanna Rees.

Lee stated in an interview this morning that the group in question has "nothing to do with my campaign" and indicated that he fully supported an investigation into the allegations.

Lee's spokesman Tony Winnicker this afternoon repeated that while the independent expenditure group said it supported Lee, it was not connected to his campaign.

"I know the other candidates are trying to tar him with this, but these people had nothing to do with this campaign," Winnicker said. "We support an investigation into these activities because the right to vote is important."

Sunday's letter also requested that federal observers and election monitors investigate the reported electioneering activity, in the interest of upholding the U.S. Voting Rights Act of 1965 and the California Elections Code.

According to the letter, SF Neighbor Alliance staff were said to target Cantonese-speaking voters as they filled out ballots last week.

Among other voter rights violations, the candidates reference witness reports and video allegedly capturing SF Neighbor Alliance staff filling in ballots themselves and holding plastic stencils over absentee ballots to keep voters from voting for other candidates.

Wholesale Felony Voter Fraud by Mayor Ed Lee

This IS NOT what democracy looks like! This court room evidence of felony voter fraud and organized crime. The chain of possession of the ballots is felony. Jane Kim went to Stanford Law School. She knows her team of "Ed Heads" has committed and is committing felony Racketeering at this time. This activity may be ok in Communist China, but people need to go to prison for this crap in the USA.

After Mayor Lee shakes down city contractors, and corporations who often do no-bid contracting business with the City, thru conspiracy with Rose Pak and others, funding criminal felonies is a felony. The Mayor and his campaign staff, and their various front organizations and still other cover organizations of yet still others including lead California Republicans, join in criminal collusion with Supervisor Jane Kim, and her "Rose Pak / Willie Brown" paid "consultant", Mr. Enrique Pearce to use the funds that are illegal in local elections, to commit wholesale election fraud. The Ed Lee Team then clearly took the illegal money collected before Ed Lee Declared for Mayor, and then applied those "shakedown monies" to illegally pay Jane Kim's crew of "Ed Heads" from Chinatown (or from Communist China as far as anyone knows who these people really are). These "employees" in this racket, then clearly marked, and collected ballots for aggregation, in violation of the chain of custody rules of California Law, and later clearly intend to submit those same official absentee ballots directly to the Department of Elections for counting in the basement at City Hall away from the eyes of the legal election observers. This is election rigging. This election is a fraud of San Francisco. How many thousands of ballots did Ed Lee have sent to his people? How many of these "voters" are even American Citizens? Look at this operation in the form of real people on the real sidewalk in Chinatown in San Francisco! This is not the movies. This is real felonies on real streets by real adults in San Francisco under Mayor Ed Lee! Voting other peoples ballots for money is a felony. Aggregation of fraudulently marked official ballots outside the chain of possession of sworn election officials and "witnessed voters" is a felony. The law is one signature, one ballot, one vote. Here you have many people, many ballots and no ballot boxes, and no officials. This is a sidewalk operation for Christ's sakes! For Rose Pak, Ed Lee, Jane Kim, Willie Brown, or Enrique Pearce to pay foreigners to mark other peoples official ballots for money is also a felony. Shaking down contractors for corporation donations is illegal in the County of San Francisco, specifically in local elections. Use of extorted corporate money to fund any crime, especially the wholesale ballot-fraud boiler-room operation is also a felony. Here the Chinese Community tolerates these felons.

This is not San Francisco normal and it's not normal anywhere in America. This is why we have prisons. I do not care whether the extortion as a crime is done in a store front like convicted Extortionist and past San Francisco Supervisor Ed Jew ran the game, which landed him in federal prison, or whether game went on with Rose Pak at Recology and at the offices of other city contractors on their private corporate properties, and then passed the cash to current Supervisor Jane Kim and her Enrique Pearce team player to fund their boiler-room "Ed Heads"operation, which you can see here in full operation, in color video, on the side walk of Stockton Street. 1. Whatis your vision for Bayview?

SanFrancisco is at a real turning point in our history, and we are not alone. California and all her communities facemany changes together, as does our USA and much larger Global Village, ourMother Earth. I grew up in the50’s, 60’s and 70’s where we used to say “think globally, act locally”. My hope is to be elected Mayor of ALLof San Francisco. That rolerequires a great deal of sensitivity when “acting locally” effects very realpeople with so many very real different cultural and social needs from our City& County. Bayview and HuntersPoint are no exception.

I counted 104 distinct neighborhoods, as I studied a map of our City. Three, which have been traditionallyAfro American “zones”, include the Western Addition/Fillmore, the Tenderloin,and Bay View/Hunters Point. Allthese areas are changing, as a very small group of very rich and powerful (whatI call the Political Royalty of San Francisco) seeks to remove all lower andmiddle class people from our City. 50% of the voting Black Community already left the City in the last 5 to10 years. This is huge. This must stop and we must set up andfund programs to repatriate our San Franciscans who seek to come home.

Thereis a theft of public property going on in San Francisco in the Treasure Islandrip off of 450 acres of land that rightfully belongs to the people ofCalifornia. The long-term planincludes a major move of the Bank of China and the Government of the PeoplesRepublic of China to take a foothold in America right here in SanFrancisco. Treasure Island willbecome a new “gated community” of skyscrapers, a new Manhattan on the Bay,under this secreted plan, which I oppose. The very same “Political Royalty” of San Francisco who now comprise thefull “Official Family” now drive this swindle of the public trust. Under this plan, the traditionally AfroAmerican and Latino Communities are to be decimated, marginalized, andconverted into expensive market-rate new residential areas for the new verywealthy business owners of Asia. Ioppose this vision and plan.

I seethe radioactive nuclear waste cleaned up and removed from both Hunters Pointand Treasure Island. I see a verydifferent “community plan for both these areas of San Francisco, which includesthe Bayview. Since Oakland, andthe Bayview are all traditionally core Afro American owned Real Estate, we needto include the development of Treasure Island to include these communities thatspan Cities and Counties but contain a community that is not being allowed tothe table in and included in the process for these future planning anddevelopment issues.

I see a strong success for my plan to use our County Government to seize theFederal San Francisco Housing Authority and converting all 49 of thesetraditional Public Housing Projects into Community Land Trust Coops, owned bythe people who live there already. We must end the Plantation Business Model of housing and housingownership in America and we can and should start here, and start now. If we do not, the People of China willown San Francisco within the next 10 years. We have already seen how fast suitcases of cash transformneighborhoods. We need to exercisethis community based economic self-defense now, while there is still time. Everyone needs and deserves a piece ofthe pie, not pie in the sky.

Based on defending what remains, we can open up new programs to allow those whowere priced out to return home. Iwill do this as Mayor of ALL of San Francisco.

We neednew homes, full funding for our schools, parks, and streets. We must have city owned inexpensive orsubsidized fiber-optics into everyone’s home, hotel room, and place of businessor we will never end the digital divide. Access to information and participation in the digitaleconomies of the future matter to everyone in our diverse communities, whichincludes our traditionally poor neighborhoods. We can end poverty and failed opportunity if we all put ourpolitical will together and do the deal.

I see arevitalized and prosperous Bayview in the future, which welcomes home those whofelt it was too expensive to stay. This is where we begin to deliver prosperity to everyone as we end thecenturies old Plantation Business Model of “life as it was” in America and openup to a bright new future for everyone.

2. Whatexperience do you have with the Bayview community?

Back inthe 1970’s and 80’s I stayed away. I am a white guy and did not want to get shot. I spent the first half of the 1990’s in Europe. When I returned, I worked to set up aglobal telecom here in San Francisco as a pilot to end the digital divideglobally. (think globally – actlocally). My first Citywide WiFiareas included the Western Addition and we were building out cells in theBayview/Hunters Point when Pac Bell, Covad and ATT shut us down, withassistance from Mayor Willie Brown. The Major Corporations did not want poor communities to have fast,inexpensive access to the Internet. That was when I ran into the Organized Crime factor that was the MayorBrown Administration. Thatexperience is one big reason I am running for Mayor now. I still want to end the digital divideand we can and should start here in San Francisco.

More recently, I lived in the Tenderloin for the last three years at the BoydHotel on Jones between Golden Gate and McAllister. Most of my fellow residents at the Boyd Hotel grew up in theBayview. I also had the privilegeof meeting and becoming friends with people like the Film Maker Kevin Epps andmy Radio Friend from KPOO, Eric Smith. I feel close to the community, as a member.

3. Whatpart does Bayview play in your larger vision for San Francisco?

Bayviewis core to my delivery of real prosperity and community based and community ownedfinancial services to all of San Francisco. I am a 21^st Century Citizen. We all are. We also have a lot of work to do now. As we build our new comprehensive 100 mile extremely fast subwaysystem in and for San Francisco, the Bayview will be included in that with real local jobs now, and new great housing and so forth. I am not some Corporate Shill for Lennar and the otherdevelopers who work against the community not for and with the community.

We need to invite all who lived here, and who were born and raised here to come home. My plan for our new Bank will allow us civic access to over $1 trillion real dollars of our own money. We can and should subsidize our people to return home to San Francisco. City College should be free for our residents. MUNI should be free to use. We already pay for MUNI in our parcel taxes and more. We do not need to charge twice for what we already own.

My model for our Public Owned County Bank is a first for any County in the USA. I model my proposal after the very successful public bank known as the State Bank of North Dakota, established in 1919. At that time, the people of North Dakota had to take self defensive measures to protect them selves from the predatory banks on Wall Street. Now is no different. North Dakota deeded all public property to their State Bank, as they own both. In San Francisco, we would deed our Golden Gate Park, and all 270 other City Parks and Golf Courses to our Bank. We would deed City Hall and our Water System including our Hetch Hetchy Watershed in the Sierra Nevada Mountains and the Crystal Springs Watershed in San Mateo County. We have well over $100 billion in our already owned real estate. Our use of these reserves will empower us to create another $900 to $1,000 billion dollars to build our new 100 mile deep underground very high-speed subway. We could connect to San Rafael and Richmond as well. We can easily afford to credit and equity finance any new business in our City and County. We can do these things and more, and this is why I am running for Mayor. The benefit to the Bay View Community needs to extend to all who left due to lack of money and due to incarceration in prisons due to a failed drug war we must also end.

In the long run - what matters is are you from San Francisco? Are you part of our Community? If yes, we have no time for haters. Let's get to work.

4. Bayviewrequires diversity to succeed. This includes economic diversity. This creates asensitivity for some local residents concerned that this demographic change (or “gentrification”) could have negative effects for them. How do you plan toaddress this issue?

I havea plan for a State Chartered County owned Public Bank, the new County Bank of SanFrancisco. This new Public Bankwill restore the lost revenue San Francisco has suffered that has cut servicesand driven people from town. Ournew Public Bank will do this by capturing the profits made from financialservices in San Francisco and keeping those monies here, rather than shippingthose profits to Wall Street and the Private Banks that now rip off all ofAmerica. Our new Public Bank willempower us to create many tens of billions in new money to take care of all theinfratructure needs of our City & County without going to the expensivebond markets where we loose future revenues as well. This major shift will deliver money into San Francisco thatwe can use to develop our communities and boost the incomes, and generalwelfare of all our people.

The New County Bank of San Francisco will be modeled after the very successfulState Bank of North Dakota, established in 1919. That State Bank is the only Public Bank in America. My proposal will form the first CountyOwned Public Bank in America as a first of many, so we can build a newfinancial system to benefit everyone – not exclusively the top 1% only.

NorthDakota poured all their pubic owned assets into their Bank (since they own itall) and they used those assets to form a capital basis to allow them to createmoney at the typically safe Prudent American Banking structure of 10 to 1,where they decided to create 10 dollars of new money for every One Dollar theyhold in reserve. In San Francisco,we would be able to self fund many hundreds of billions (not millions – butbillions) in new projects right here with our own money. None of the interest or profits ofthese deals would leave San Francisco, and this would greatly boost our commonwealth. The professionals who have validated my plan say we have at least $1 to $1.5 trillion at our fingertips. What we need is the political will not to keep doing business with Wall Street where we all loose.

Based on my New Public Bank proposal, we would then fund a separate and new SanFrancisco Community Development Corporation (SFCDC) to provide the project andbusiness finance our community needs now. We would exclusively own our SFCDC as well. These two Public Owned Structures compete. Our Bank will compete with all thePrivate Wall Street Banks, and we will prosper because our profits will be ours– not Wall Streets. Our SFCDC willdeliver Angel Finance and Business Finance, which will return real wealth forour commonwealth. These are traditionalclassic American Ideas, put into practice.

These two entities will reverse the planned march into austerity and communitypoverty necessary for the Private Banks to seize all our commonwealth from us,and allow us as San Francisco to prosper and grow. This will reverse gentrification by growing the prosperityand wealth of our citizens. Governments are supposed to benefit the people who own them – not taxthe people and impoverish them for the profits of private banks and privatemega-corporations. PeopleMatter. This is why I am runningfor Mayor and these programs are why I expect to be elected. I am running a People’s PowerCampaign. If you want it, you canhave it. Do you want your ownprosperity or do you want to remain servants to the private wealth schemes ofothers? In 1776 as America, wedeclared Independence from the Bank of England. Now the Bank of England owns the Federal Reserve Bank andeveryone is fooled that the FED is a Public Bank. The Federal Reserve Bank is a Private Bank that impoverishesus all.

My planwill deliver real wealth to eveyone – if you want it – and if you do, youbetter join me and help me get elected with your #1 choice votes. If you don’t want your own personal andour collective community prosperity, then go ahead and keep voting for any ofthe Official Family who run the Organized Criminal Enterprise they call “theOfficial Family”. If youvote for any of the main 10 to 11 candidates that are approved by the corporateowned and controlled media, who ever you vote for will be the rogue who willtell you they are sorry as they file the Bankruptcy of San Francisco as a City& County within 2 to 5 years from now.

The Official Family of Vallejo, as a City said they would never filebankruptcy. Vallejo filed andwiped out all the public employees, and they wiped out the citizens all, anddevastated the pensions of those who already retired. Vallejo promised and then lied as they filed bankruptcy.

TheOfficial Family of that very wealthy place in California, Orange County, as aCounty said they would never file bankruptcy. Orange filed bankruptcy and wiped out all their publicemployees also. Orange County wipedout the County Services for their citizens all. And Orange devastated the pensions of those who had alreadyretired. Orange promised and thenlied as they filed bankruptcy.

AppointedMayor Ed Lee promised not to run for Mayor. Do you believe he will not file for Bankruptcy for both theCity and County of San Francisco? Ed Lee collected over $20 million per year for decades to fix ourstreets. Then, as CityAdministrator, the crook spent the money “elsewhere”. But he cant say where he spent the million for our streetrepairs, as none of the non-profits in the scam can be audited. They robbed the money. Now, Ed Lee comes to San Francisco andbegs for $250 million in bonds to fix our Streets. That $250 million bond willcost us $500 million to repay. Appointed Mayor Ed Lee’s bond, that is on theNovember 8^th Ballot, will cost us $500 million to pay for thestreets he already collected over $300 million to fix – but spentelsewhere. All the SupervisorsAppointed the Crook. Ed Lee, RosePak, and Willie Brown have been stealing from San Francisco for nowdecades. How long are you going tokeep voting for Organize Crime to run our City?

You do not need to worry about the gentrification of San Francisco at allcompared to the Bankruptcy of our City & County. That bankruptcy will end all City Services and who will beable to afford to remain then? Abject poverty will drive us all out of town so the real gentrificationcan begin. The Wall StreetBanks will then rob all ourresidential land and homes literally. No one in the US or State Governments is doing anything to stop thesecrimes. We will be robbed by thesame banks who have been foreclosing on all the properties they already issuedfraudulent predatory loans against over the last 15 years. When are you going to wake up? How many of your neighbors were loanedmortgages and then ran off by the Banks and demanded short sales? Who moved in, with suitcases ofcash.

We need to organize some simple community self defense.

5. Whatdo you plan to do to attract and retain higher income individuals, families andbusinesses?

I hopeto help people become higher income earners. I hope to help people heal and develop their families. As the only candidate who as done timein Prison (for controlled substances), I get the “freeway from sub-standardschools to long term incarceration”, which has plagued the Bayview. We need to take that “freeway”down. Just like we demolished theCentral Freeway years ago, we need a Mayor with vision to remove the systems,methods and processes that were institutionalized to discriminate. I am that new Mayor to design and buildthe necessary new avenues to success, where everyone can enjoy their Americanand California Dreams. That is the“why” of my Bank proposal. That isthe “why” of my SFCDC proposal. Wecan grow all our people into higher income individuals. We can grow ourfamilies into higher income households. We must help our small businesses grow to become more successful. The large corporations take money outof communities. People who workfor large corporations may bring fatter paychecks into town, but when theirwork ships our jobs to China, India and Mexico, we need to ask ourselves whythis is a priority rather than growing business that makes money here andbrings profits to San Francisco – rather than depleting our resources, as deeplyas family flight has depleted the diversity of our San Francisco.

We donot need more to sell more Bonds for Banks, encumber our futures with debt toprivate banks and private investors. There are many in our Official Family who sell increased fees, taxes andbonds, when we can generate new revenue, reduce taxes and fees, and iliminatebonds. We need to re-tool ourthinking so that our future works. The old ideas that tax us into oblivion for he benefit of bureaucrats do not create and generate new revenues. These old ideas are guaranteed to takeus all to poverty, individually and collectively. We need to conduct our own local War on Poverty by beingaccountable and responsible. Wecan do this. This is why we needreal regime change. My campaign isall about Regime Change. That iswhy I am running for Mayor of San Francisco. It’s time for Regime Change. It’s time to remove the Organized Crime from City Hall.

It's time for real people to start making real money without the crime and degradation that comes with community and individual disrespect.

6. District10 and our neighborhood especially has the highest rate of unemployment in SanFrancisco. What are your plans for job creation in San Francisco and thiscommunity in particular?

Thiswill not happen over night. Changing patterns caused by our Federal and State Governments will notbe easy, but we can do this as well. First, the Bank – as in ASAP. Second, the SFCDC. As those two come on line, then we needpeople to think what they can do to make money and get creative so we can helpthem with a hand up – not just one more hand out.

In the meantime we have local hire laws to enforce. Let’s face facts. We are now entering a ten to fifteen year downward spiral of the deepesteconomic great depression in the history of our nation. There is no way to sugar coat thatfact. The Federal Government willfail us. California is a failedState, and already bankrupt. Weare the only people who can put our own house in order. No other County, State or corrupt setof National Politicians is going to help us now, forward. We are going to have to create our ownjobs, based on tourism, conventions, and both Internet based high-tech andbiotechnology. My Bank andCommunity Development Corporation proposals address all these needs. Without an economic environment no onecan develop economic ecology. Both the plans that tax businesses out of our City and the programs thateconomically force our people to leave are bad public policy. That is why we need real regime changenow.

7. Whatare your plans for creating resources for working families? This might includechildcare or programs or youth programs.

Isupport the development of more childcare opportunities for everyone. These kind of functions are the role ofgood local government. The samegoes with youth programs, and senior programs impact working families aswell. The reason all these vitalservices are being cut is due to the failure of financial management, due toreliance on private outside finance rather than community financialstrength. My proposal for ourCommunity Bank will deliver the financial environment needed for our communitiesto grow and blossom. CuttingSummer School for two years in a row as past City Administrator and nowAppointed Mayor Ed Lee did is stupid. Next, Ed Lee will cut more and more and more, due to his failure toaddress the full scope of his pension problem, created on his watch. We need real regime change to deliverthe services and programs our communities require.

8. TheChronicle recently reported that people who live in Bayview live, on average,14 years less than in other parts of the city. This is partially due toenvironmental factors. What are your plans to improve the environment inBayview?

We cannot hide from the radiation poisoning that the US Navy caused at Hunters PointNaval Shipyard, and how that migrated into all of our nearby residentialcommunities. The US Navy iscovering up the radiation poisoning and chemical contamination at TreasureIsland as well. We must demand theNavy fix these problems with true “Love Canal” scope. The City Attorney has been negligent in allowing the Navyoff the hook, while he chased after gang violence. We need to realign our priorities. These things will take years to rectify. I will re-assess our course so we canat least start to move toward fixing the problems. As is, our Political Royalty apparently has been paid off toturn a blind eye to the real trouble.

9. Howwill you address blight in Bayview?

Homeownership changes things. When wehave a poor community driven to rental housing, blight comes with theterritory. We need to empowerpeople with their piece of the City, for the pride of ownership to kickin. Without these kind offundamental changes, we will remain stuck with Law Enforcement solutions to oursocial problems. My programs toallow the tenants to takeover the ownership of their housing projects, and redothose “project communities” will go far to end blight. We also need to empower tenants to takeover their SRO situations. Whenpeople have no stake in the ownership of a community, we assure the troublethat comes with economic slavery.

10. Do yousupport the Shipyard project? What is your vision for this project?

No, Ido not support the plan as approved by those who will plunder both the City andthe Community in the development as proposed.

Where are the pieces of the puzzle that fit into the slots where people get toown their homes, and prosper in their neighborhoods? Lennar has a huge investment in “Market Rate”developments. What this ProjectHope deal does, is move the poor out and remove housing for those on the bottomend of society. We can and must dobetter.

One other fact of life is that the 49ers are gone. Soon, the Niners will be a Santa Clara Team. We need to franchise a new City ownedTeam like Greenbay owns their Greenbay Packers. The NFL said San Francisco could get a new team franchisefor $2,000,000 if we want. We needto do this and then add a new Stadium to the mix.

Beyond these component needs, the community needs be included in the futureplanning. As is, too much was donebehind closed doors.

11. What areyour plans for working with neighborhood groups and organizations to gaininformation as to what community needs really are?

Westart at the beginning. As Mayor,I call for new Neighborhood Community Congresses to hear from everyone and toopen up the planning processes.

12. How do youto plan go about ensuring that we get our fair share of public spaces andresources, for example, Open Space, Rec and Park facilities and services, dogparks and libraries?

Firstof all I will not rehire Ed Lee as City Administrator. Ed blew it. District 10 was cheated out of their fair share of Cityresources for decades, under the City Administration of Ed Lee. I will personally pay keen attention sothat every neighborhood gets their fair share. I appreciate the new City College Campus in theBayview, and we need to see more, not less, of this sort of thing. CCSF and Not City Hall did thatexpansion. City Hall has neglectedthe Bayview too long. The T-Lineis just a start. We can and willdo more.

13. How do youplan to address gang, drug and gun violence? How do you plan to improve safety,in general?

Ittakes a village to raise a child. That applies just as much to our San Francisco as the wise comment doesto any community. We live in a newglobal village. We must end thedigital divide and deliver on real opportunity for all our kids. The violence, gang activities, drugs,prostitution, and gun play stem from systemic racism in America. We must all struggle thru this as awhole community. Ending racism is not some dream, but must be a livingreality. Our kids from all ourcommunities need more than hope to pay the bills, enjoy being kids and growingup to get real work that is part of and not apart from our real community atlarge.

There are no magic programs to end the frustration of poverty, and the longterm effect institutional poverty and racism has on anyone individual andcommunity. Part of the New Dealhas to be education. More, theremust be activities, recreation and things to do other than run thestreets. When there are no pathsto prosperity, gangs, drug dealing and partying appear the path. Kids don’t know that is an illusion,and there is no “there” there when “there” becomes a prison cell. San Francisco can and must do better. I will work with our communities offaith and activism to make our future bright for all our kids.

14. How are wegoing to improve education to provide fair access to high quality schools foryouth in the Bayview community?

Money,Jobs, and Business Opportunities. These are the fruits of the work I am focused on to deliver and buildour new Community Bank, and San Francisco Community DevelopmentCorporation. The very things weneed to improve life come with and travel with prosperity. People are not free until they canparticipate economically.

Based on better economic realities, we can add to opportunities witheducational programs. Poverty andthe cycle of poverty does not deliver any quality of life to any of thosetraumatized by that dead end deal.

We can help the SF School District better fund our Public Schools. We must do more, and long term, we needto end the war on drugs so that the social and medical problems of alcoholicaddiction can be addressed with medical and social instead of criminalsolutions. Our State Prison Systemis ruining our State and our Communities. We must change all these dynamics so that our Public Schools are nolonger pipelines to State Prison Institutions.

15. How to doyou plan to address truancy?

AsMayor, I am no Truancy Officer. Our Schools need to be places where our kids want to go andparticipate. When we are loosingthe young ones we need to redouble our efforts – as a community to make sure wedon’t fail our kids. Truancy is asign of failure at home, failure in our close community and failure of ourschools and civic services in general. Criminal solutions are not going to turn any child around who hasproblems at home with alcoholic and addicted parents, or no parents.

16. . Whatare your thoughts on integrating the numerous housing projects into the largerDistrict 10 community?

My keyhousing plan is to take over the Federal San Francisco Housing Authority andconvert all those Public Housing Plantation Model Services into Community OwnedLand Trust Coops. We need our piece of the pie, not pie in the sky. People needeconomic equity in their housing. When no one has any skin in the game, everything goes down hillfast. When the people who live inwhat should be great housing situations share equity and appreciation, thenpeople start to pull together and not pull apart. My plan will go a long way toward real communityintegration. I live in PublicHousing. I know we can dobetter. People need to know theyare apart of and not apart from – what we all know is our mutual treasure, SanFrancisco.

At the voting age of 18, in Santa Barbara County, where I attended UCSB.

3. Who did you vote for in the last two Presidential elections?

2008 – Barack Obama. I created the Obama Brigade in February of 2008. I organized 1,800 online activists who organized further into many millions of voters in all 50 States. We delivered the margin in Pennsylvania that put Obama out of the reach of the Clintons. The rest is history.

2004 – Ralph Nader – I would not vote for a member of Skull and Bones, as the Bonesmen assassinated President John F. Kennedy in 1963. John Kerry is a Bonesman. Most of America knows this, at least all who watched JFK, the Movie. Months ago I posted the clear indictment of George H.W. Bush (41) on my Youtube Channel for all to watch for themselves and make up their own minds after their own review of all the new evidence, which includes the death-bed confession to his son by the Watergate Burglar and long time CIA and GHW Bush employee, E Howard Hunt. At least Nader stood for the true principles of our Democratic Party.

Most of America has waited since 1964 for a Non-Council on Foreign Relations United States Attorney General to appoint a Prosecutor to the Office of Independent Council to reopen the investigation, prepare the criminal indictments, arrest and charge the past 41st President of the United States, George H.W. Bush with the murder of sitting President John F. Kennedy.

4. What have you done and what do you plan to do to ensure the election of a Democratic president next year?

First off we need to get a Democrat on the ticket. I support a primary challenge by Dennis Kucinich, Alan Grayson or Bernie Sanders if he registers Democrat to run.We cannot win the Whitehouse in 2012 if we run a Republican on our Democratic Party Ticket. For all real purpose, Barack Obama changed parties on us. I will not work for any Republican.

6. Please provide a brief summary of your qualifications for this office.

I trained in the Political Internship program at UC Berkeley to become Governor of California. I worked in the Federal Government as Aide to Congressional Aide to Ron Dellums, and then left government to work for decades in Small and Large Businesses.

I am versed and experienced in both public and private enterprise. William Hewitt, CEO at Deere & Company for 37 years, personally trained me to be a CEO of a business that is far larger than San Francisco. I opted not to marry into the Brinton/Deere Family of Broadway Street.

In 1994, I left the USA to work as a Large Scale Systems Designer for Radio Free Europe Radio Liberty, in Prague (a CNN scale operation that worked in 26 languages). I know San Francisco from our gutters and sidewalks to the parlors of Pacific Heights, and executive offices of the Financial District. I have lived in most every Neighborhood since 1978 and I am best qualified to be your Mayor.

7. As a testament of your commitment to the Democratic Party, please describe your contributions to the Democratic Party at the local, state and or/national level in the last 4 years.

I returned to politics after I watched and listened to then Senator Obama speak at our Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in November of 2007. No City and County Officials were present to welcome him. Alice Walker spoke for a few minutes and then Barack spoke for just about one hour. He moved me. I came back to an arena of life I had vowed never to participate in again: Politics.

I have trained a few thousand Computer Network Engineers in my time, who built our networks and who designed and built what people call the Internet. So I used all my wisdom and skill to apply network architecture to community organizing as what the DNC called a “Super Volunteer”. My teams organized the South from Florida thru Louisiana, and more. I recruited and trained a new breed of Internet Community Organizers in Montana, Idaho and all the other States. We were called the Obama Brigade, and were legend in Chicago. We had thousands organized on the ground long before the campaign even hit the States with their shoe leather. The Obama Brigade was about 1,800 strong. They made me their National Director of Communication by acclimation. I called the April 19th Unity Rally, we held in thousands of City’s and Towns all across America. About 50,000 people showed up and we motivated them all. Moveon and many others were in awe. We were not just numbers on databases. We organized 3 to 5 million Voter-to-Voter Phone calls by using the tools that Facebook/Blue State Digital had freshly engineered for my.barackobama.com. We cooked the Friday (4/18) 28 point lead of the Clintons down to a 8% win on Tuesday April 22nd in Pennsylvania. That evaporation of 20% delivered the margin of delegates to the National Convention to put Obama out of the reach of the Clinton Machine. We beat them. The rest is history Nationally.

On November 8th 2008, I formed the Community Action Network on my.barackobama.com and proceeded to start to organize the grassroots across all of America. My legacy work is still there, but David Plouffe and others, specifically Mitch Steward, deleted my account on mybo, as Chicago sought to disassemble the base. They succeeded. The election results of 2010 showed how effective they were at decimating Obama’s base of support. 40% of the Obama Voters were Independents, and not Democrats. An additional10% of the Obama Voters were Republicans. By the end of March 2009 I had organized 7,000 organizers into 50 State Groups in all 50 States and we had a strong group in DC as well. We also had a National USA.CAN group with over 3,500 in that coordinating group. The Obama Brigade had become over 10,000 when I was removed as a user. The episode was most unpleasant and distasteful. After the results where Obama revealed he was just another CFR-Democrat who worked for David Rockefeller et all, I left all focus on National Politics. I will not spell out how disgusted I am with our President. I did not vote for a trickster who would govern from the right of Richard Nixon.

Due to the disastrous November 2008 appointments of Tim Geithner and Larry Summers, I spent a month or so refocused on California. I selected a “Slate for Change” of 960 candidates for Delegate to the California Democratic Party – our CADEM. I worked with other Obama People to pick 12 candidates for delegate to CADEM in each of all 80 State Assembly Districts. Those other 76 California State Assembly Districts are the “Other Democrats”, who the Democrats in San Francisco do not know very well, as we are so isolationist and snobby here in town. It’s like we do not even consider there is a Democratic Party outside our County here in San Francisco. 550 of those 960 in my Slate for Change were elected at the California Caucus that January of 2009.

In March of 2009, I began work on drafting two Constitutional Propositions, my proposed new and the final two Articles 36 and 37 to our California Constitution. Article 36 empowers us as voters to call a Citizens Constitutional Convention, with our own specified methods and processes, so as to deliver majority rule to the Progressive Majority of our State thru elected delegates. Article 37 Calls for the Election of Delegates and the Convening of our Convention at Monterey, to Draft our New Constitution for California. I spent the rest of 2009 on this effort, and I will re-file after the November 2011 election for Mayor of San Francisco is certified.

I trust the wisdom of the People. We need a new State Constitution. We must correct all the structural insanity at once at one time. This is how we deliver Prison Reform when the Guards hold our State Hostage. This is how we restore our Public Schools to the best in the world. This is how we deliver real Single Payer and opt out of the National Health Welfare Program for the Wall Street Insurance Industry. This is how we address our financial needs for all of California, with our new Public Owned State Bank exactly like the State Bank of North Dakota. Our new State Bank will deliver over $25 billion in new annual revenue now, as well as open up many trillions of our own California money for new State Infrastructure projects. We can engineer and deliver prosperity. I reject austerity! These are the real Democratic solutions California needs.

I designed processes, which are clean, fair, and honorable to all the citizens of our Great State. It is time to move past polarity and hate. At a certain point, life is not about what is good for any one Political Party, especially since both major Parties are now run, owned and operated by a shadow Oligarchy, who is responsible to none. The shadow government clearly are all traitors to our United States and despise the all the people of all our States. Why else would the shadow oligarchs so deeply oppose our Constitutional Republic, our Bill of Rights, our National Sovereignty and the Sovereignty of our States?

I am no friend of the Money Trusts. I stand with Thomas Jefferson, Andrew Jackson, Franklin Roosevelt and Jack Kennedy as a True Democrat. I am a genuine Progressive in the proud Liberal Tradition. I was raised a Quaker and I understand doing unto others as you would have them do unto you. I care deeply about all our children, and all our grandchildren and the millions to come who are unborn as we consider these things.

I pulled back from my Statewide work to call our State to our California Citizens Constitutional Convention in order to run for the San Francisco DCCC in June of 2010. I ran a $10.00 campaign, as no bank would open a campaign account for me. I live on SSI. $10 bucks was all I could afford then. Any fundraising I would have attempted was illegal, as I had no bank to deposit the funds in. The Ethics Law is clear: All Funds Must be processed thru a Bank Account. Still, with no money, I earned over 2,300 votes! Not bad for a Local Democrat Grassroots Guy!

Since I could not get the time of day in that June 2010 contest, from the SF Labor Council nor from the SFDCCC, nor from the rest of the “Asses and Elbow’s” crew here in town, who exclude rather than include all others not in their cliques, I endorsed opposed to the SF DCCC. My 2,300 votes were from District 6, where I am well know on the streets. I delivered my voters and my support for Jane Kim, to the best that I could. Maybe some of you remember her? She was whom the SF DCCC would not endorse, even as a second choice. It's as if the DCCC neglects the will of the voters, with our new ranked choice vote as our new law. Jane Kim was elected. Now she is Supervisor. Not bad again. Regardless what a disappointment Jane Kim is, the people of San Francisco beat the SFDCCC. I question whether the SFDCCC endorsement even matters anymore. Same with the Bay Guardian, the SF Weekly, the Chronicle, and all the host of Democratic Clubs who all serve entrenched special financial interests. The people are wise to institutional corruption. Dirty politics is vast and wide within our City and County Government.

We are moving into a New Politics, driven by the Internet and honesty. Politics has to change. We need honesty and public service in our elected officials. Jane Kim was not honest with me or any of her voters either. The drift back into the back rooms of corruption is not going to be tolerated forward. I no longer support Jane Kim. Her work, and the work of her team to Draft Ed Lee is illegal, along with the collusion between her past employees and her non-disclosed past November 2010 supporters, Rose Pak, Willie Brown, and others. That team maybe Stanford and Harvard Law School Sharpies but none of their work on the “Appointed Mayor Ed Lee for Mayor Campaign” passes the smell test. Since we do not have a qualified District Attorney at this time, it is no wonder the foxes are getting away with guarding the hen house!

What we see at the tip of this Iceberg is a Federally Criminal Enterprise R.I.C.O., which no one will touch. Well I am touching it. I am pointing it out. I am kicking it around, and I am going to push hard to see if I can topple the machine. The People are sick of the Criminal Pay to Play here in San Francisco, indeed I call for total support for the September 17th Occupy Wall Street Rally, as we must demand the end to Bank and Government collusion and corruption, whether it is with the Banks in New York or with the Bank of China!

Maybe the DCCC did not get the news? I am here to deliver.I decided not to field a Statewide Slate For Change again in 2011, at the January Caucus. I ran as an individual in AD13 for a seat at the table but my interest was to learn the ropes. I have seen and tasted being black-balled at the Federal Level. John Burton did not think I was very funny when I suggested to him personally that it was time for him to retire and make room for the new kids to come up. That deal to deliver Jerry Brown, as our new Governor was not so cool for the 22,000 teachers who got laid off after Jerry was elected. That same john Burton deal was ok for the Prison Guards, who own more than John Burton and Jerry Brown, Willie Brown and Gray Davis. Opps. I said it. Thru the time from the summer of 2009 until now, I have tasted and understand what it is like to be black-balled at the State and again here in San Francisco at my local County level of politics in the Democratic Party. I now question if any of the Progressives are actually Progressive or if they are stuck on Stalin?

There is the strong odor of corruption in our California Democratic Party. Is cleaning that garbage out good for the Party? I think it's necessary. Is that something we should all rally around? Or do we continue to take the corporate money and hope the voters don’t discover the deals – like between Senator Feinstein and the huge Water thirsty Agri-business financiers from the Central Valley, who have not done one Farm Worker a square deal ever? We need to address the oil issue. California needs to be paid for the Oil pumped from our State. No oil company pays us. Why? Since 1879 Standard Oil has owned Sacramento. Things are not that complicated here. This is not rocket science. We need a New and Real Democratic Party!

I am not about spare change. I am about real change and I intend to deliver. It’s time.I am in this race for Mayor to win it. When FDR had J.Edgar Hoover of the FBI arrest Prescott Bush (Father to 41, and Grandfather to 43) for Trading with the Enemy (Hitler) and prosecuted Mr. Bush for running a cash pipeline from the Rockefellers and others on Wall Street directly to Berlin, I don’t think FDR was trying to make friends. When we look at our modern Democrat who is our modern resident at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, we see a corporatist sell out to Wall Street. Of course FDR understood Glass Steagle. He pushed Glass Steagle as component to the New Deal. Clinton took it apart and Obama refuses to restore our Democratic Standard! We are not Republicans! The Glass Steagle that true Democrats like FDR established was what that Democrat in Name Only, Mr. Bill Clinton removed in 1999 with the asssistance of Diane Feinstein and Nancy Pelosi - both San Francisco Democrats. So the illegal "bucket shop frauds", called the derivative business took root in 1999, and now grow like a deep cancer into all the vital organs of our nation's economy and the economy of the world. If/when Greece Defaults, the taxpayers of the USA are on the hook for $50 trillion in derivatives due to these Democrats in Name Only!

I support Glass Steagle. So did FDR and JFK. What other Democrat in San Francisco has the guts to step forward and tell the truth? The repeal of Glass Steagle was a Republican Plan. NAFTA was a Republican Plan, again pushed thru by the Clintons. Where are our jobs now? They are in China and no one even knows what role tariffs played in building America to a great nation. Free Trade is hogwash. Free Trade is the Republican knife in the back of our American Labor.

I have drafted the Articles that will allow the People of California to restore prosperity to our Great State.I have worked to educate others as to how important it is for True Democrats to protect our Public Trusts. What we own in common as a City and County, and what we own with the other 57 Counties of our Great State of California, as well as our sovereignty as a County, and as a State must be defended, preserved, restored, and revived. This is the work of all True Democrats.

I do not see other Candidate in the field willing, able, and focused on these keystone concepts, core to our Democratic Party.I am running for Mayor of San Francisco to build a new coalition, to do the hard work together and rebuild the Peoples Big Tent Party, so that once more our Democratic Party is all-inclusive and non-exclusive.Those are my contributions to the Democratic Party at the local, state and national level in the last 4 years.

We will model this after the successful State Bank of North Dakota, established in 1919 to protect the people of North Dakota from the Money Trusts of London and Wall Street.This new structure in San Francisco will deliver $300 to $500 million in new revenue to our Local Government without taxing anyone on dime. We will do this by capturing the profits from financial services generated in our City and County and using those as ours, rather than shipping off those dollars to Wall Street as if we have no right to our money. Using the prudent 10:1 American Banking Standards of sound bank management, we will also be free to create at least $5 billion to start for use in our own civic infrastructure projects, based on a cash deposit opener of $500 million.

Key, we must protect our commonwealth and deed all title to all public property to our Bank. Since we are the only shareholder, no one can foreclose. Further the $100 billion initial property assignment will empower us to create upwards of $1 trillion in new public money for all our needs!

Before the end of my Administration, my goal is to leave the City and County with access to at least $100 billion of new rainy day funds. I am about prosperity not austerity. If you want Austerity you will have to vote of any of the other candidates.Our new Bank will allow us to implement a local version of Glass Steagle that all the other 3,142 Counties in America can model on and develop their own prosperity. We can build a new classic American Free Enterprise System. Based on these restrictions, we will fund a separate San Francisco Community Development Corporation separate from our Bank. This SFCDC will fund start up businesses like Twitter and Groupon and others for equity positions. There is no need for our best talent to shop their deals on Sand Hill Road in Menlo Park, when we could easily hire Investment Bankers to work for us and fund these San Francisco Startups. This should deliver many very real billions and billions of dollars that would then go as non-taxible local revenue back into our Community Bank, owned by us all. If you follow me, there then is no need to cut services for the Elderly, sick and for our Youth.

2.) These are the kinds of public service outlined in #1 above in this question are what a good Mayor is supposed to focus on. A good Mayor is supposed to take care of the Public Trusts, not privatize our assets for the personal gain of their supporters and their offshore bank accounts. Two public trusts must be defended from plunder now. One is called Treasure Island. The other is our City and County Pension System.Treasure Island belongs to the State of California. Treasure Island and Yerba Buena Island were never the US Navy’s to sell to the Real Estate Developers and campaign financiers of San Francisco’s Political Elite. The Whole Project needs to stop until the State of California can weigh in at the level of the State Assembly and Senate. It is not right for one County to rob from the other 57. The fact that the robbery of 450 acres of land in the County of San Francisco is good for our local politicians is not to the point. What is good for the People of California? What is good for the People of San Francisco? Do we want the Bank of China to build a new Manhattan in the middle of our San Francisco Bay, just because the Federal Government defaults on trillions of dollars of debt? What is everyone thinking? Rose Pak, Willie Brown, and the rest of the team who Ed Lee works for are not being honest with us. How come Chris Daly never made a squeak about this theft of public property? How come Jane Kim lied to us all about “No Community Opposition”? I spoke against this as did the Sierra Club, and many more, whom the Honorable Chairman Peskin must be far more familiar with than I.

The jobs everyone hopes for in this second issue can and should be delivered by re-zoning the Westside of the City to allow all our landowners to build up to 4 stories high. This will provide for hundreds of thousands of new projects that benefit the little people – the vast majority of our citizens. We also need to address housing at the same time.

I propose we use our rights as a County and take over the SF Housing Authority and turn those Projects into Public Owned Community Land Trusts owned by the people who live there. We must end the Plantation Business Model of Real Estate Rents and Ownership. People need a piece of the pie – not pie in the sky.

Our County Pension System needs to be strengthened. We need to look at the use of the new SFCDC I propose to offset the needed employee participation at this time. I am the best friend of Labor. I am not maybe the best friend of the Labor Bosses who work for interests that are in conflict with their Unions, but these facts will out. Let’s turn the lights on and see who’s hands are in who’s pockets? Our pensions must be sacred. The Bankruptcies of Vallejo as a City and Orange as a County have taught us a lot. Do not think that Ed Lee and the others in the Old Regime are not willing to declare Bankruptcy Chapter 9 and screw everybody. I will not do that. That is one key motive for our new bank. That is another key motive for our SFCDC. We need to restore the pay cuts to MUNI Drivers and all the “Give Backs” that were extorted from our Employees. More. We need to open up our City and County Pension System so that non-city and non-county employees can opt in.

We need to take care of our selves so that in the event Mr. Obama does manage to put Social Security and Medicare on the table, and we loose those, we do not loose our Social Safety Nets – Locally. This is why we have Local Government.

3.) Key to my heart is my personal awareness that we need to start with fresh paper and plan a whole new Public Transit System for San Francisco. We must be able to look 10, 20, 50 and 100 years down the road at our future needs. We then need to design a whole new system. Everyone needs to be in on this. It will be difficult and fun and yes, we can afford it.Lets look back. Our Ferries on the Bay, the Railroads, then Cable Rail San Francisco’s original hybrid, then our Electric Trolleys, then Cars and Busses, then the BART, and now Light Rails, for a total of eight public and private transit systems were designed and built on one idea: move the workers from where they would buy homes and pay mortgages on those homes, to where they would work for the Monopolists and what I call the Money Trusts. Well? The Financial District is not coming back the way we thought. PG&E, ATT, Chevron, Bechtel, Southern Pacific, and on and on all moved out of the Financial District. What will come back? High-rise housing and live work space needs are our future. We do not need to shore up systems that served corporations who moved to San Ramon and shipped our jobs to China. Looking forward, we need to build a new underground. We need to have our new Public Transit System integrate Monorails so we can appreciate our views, and so our tourists can ride for free, with the rest of us and not get nickled and dimed like with $6 Cable Car rides that will cost $20 or more if hyperinflation hits us. We need to sober up and look at the real needs we face. Then lets deliver to those. If San Francisco is to grow to 2 million people, we need to design and build for that now.

No. I have troubled over this as I support a death penalty for treason. But for all Property Crime and Crimes of Violence, no, I do not support the death penalty.

Cities and Counties are where the rubber meets the road in terms of the civilized delivery of human services. We must start by just eliminating homelessness. We must simply house people and deliver the services they need to rejoin us as working members of society. If people cannot work – so be it. They still have human rights to live with dignity. How would you want to be treated when you end up down on your luck, or develop mental illness?

6. Do you support reducing prison overcrowding and the drain on our economy by decreasing penalties for minor drug offenses and other victimless crimes, making the punishment fit the crime?

Yes. I oppose the War on Drugs. I oppose the usurpation of the 10th Amendment States Right to address termination of the new second Prohibition. I oppose all the Drug Laws and believe 85% of the people in prison, who are there for drug possession or some other such a social control crime need to be restored to society with clean records. We have a lot to do to correct the damage of the Nixon Administration, and the ill thought out prohibition on all substances now illegally classified as “Controlled”. No one can show me any 18th Amendment that authorizes this second prohibition. Since there is none, there is nothing to repeal. The 10th Amendment prohibits the Federal Government from claiming the right to control the States and the Citizens and guests of each State.

7. Do you support the implementation of community-based policing to break down barriers between law enforcement officers and the people they serve, and to curtail police misconduct?

Yes.

8. Will you oppose anti-worker initiatives that seek to undermine the ability of union leaders to carry out the will of their members and engage in political activities?

Yes. We have not had a strong Union Mayor in the History of San Francisco. I intend to be a strong Union Mayor. Our Unions need to be organizing the Unemployed. We need new programs to deliver access to Union Wages, and we need State and Federal Policy that stop shafting the workers for the profits of global corporations. Unions are the backbone of our Middle Class and the Middle Class is the Backbone of Local Government.

9. Do you support and encourage increased and expedited processing of applications for citizenship, family reunification and naturalization?

Yes.

10. Do you support increasing the construction of affordable housing to alleviate and prevent homelessness, and develop supportive housing with continuum of care services to help homeless people re-establish themselves as self-sufficient contributors to society?

Yes. I support Urban Land Reform.

11. Do you support the many lifesaving programs of the Violence against Women Act (VAWA), including the educational and preventative programs, especially for those who are at higher risk for sexual and domestic violence?

Yes.

A. What, if any, changes would you make to San Francisco’s rent control and condo conversion laws?

I will make sure that tenants can convert Apartment Properties into Community Land Co-ops owned by those who live there.I have no problem with small real estate investors making profits from rental housing. Rental housing plays a vital role in any community. That said, we need new avenues to home ownership or equity participation in the housing where people live, it that is what those who live there want.I support strong Rent Control for our City and County. This is how we will maintain our cultural diversity for centuries to come.

B. Did you support or oppose:
a) Lennar’s Bayview-Hunter’s Point Development;

I support it, provisionally.

b) the Treasure Island Development;

I oppose it.

c) the Park Merced Development?

I oppose it.

Why?

a) The Navy must clean up the radioactive waste and other toxic waste from Hunters Point. The new programs to use the City and County Seizure of Federal Public Housing need to go into effect to benefit the many community members who live in Hunters Point and who want to return but were moved out – via Project Hope. Lennar has some plans that are too far along to stop. Under my Administration, I expect major modifications. On the Stadium part alone, the Niners are gone to Santa Clara, thanks to the dithering of our Political Royalty. We now need to add a new Team. I suggest we take the NFL up on their offer and go the route of Green Bay, and charter and own our own team. The NFL said they would license us the San Francisco 1849ers, and give us Black and Gold as colors. We should do this and then revisit the Lennar Development.

b) The Navy must clean up the radioactive waste and other toxic waste from Treasure Island, and Yerba Buena Island. When that is finished, the land must be returned to the State of California.

c) I do not approve of high density housing on any of the land that is in the one mile band of land that borders Ocean Beach and our Golden Gate National Recreation Area. This is bad public planning. I also do not approve of the 1,200 of rent-controlled units being demolished when people live there. I realize David Chiu and others on the Supervisors feel that “those people” were going to loose their rent controlled housing anyway, but I disagree. I suggest Supervisor Chiu may feel more at home in Boston with an attitude like that.

C. Do you support the negotiated pension reform measure put on the ballot by the Board of Supervisors? Do you support the Adachi pension reform measure? Why?

I support Jeff Adachi’s plan that he and his team re-wrote 6 times I believe.We need to address real pension reform so we do not go bankrupt. If we follow the plans of Ed Lee and the Bay Area Council, San Francisco will go bankrupt and then all our common assets will be sold off like what happened in Greece. The first thing to go will be the confiscation of the $13 billion in our well funded system, for the private gain of those who back the current Appointed Mayor and the financial backers of our current Board of Supervisors. Ed Lee and the Powerful Corporate Interests fronted by the SF Labor Council Bosses and the Corporate Titans of the Federal Reserve Bank, Chevron, ATT and others all support the inadequate funding scheme passed by the Supervisors. I have no clue what our public servants have against the fiscally sound public policy proposed by the Honorable Public Defender Adachi. When my bank proposal has pushed thru, and we have on hand the new income from our SFCDC, we can revisit this issue, with a goal to restore the system. Jeff’s plan is sane. It’s a start. Let’s see what we can do with a little prosperity to spread around to restore the terms people negotiated for and everyone agreed too.

D. What, if any, changes would you make to the management and priorities of the San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department?

We have the best-funded Public Park System in America. I want all the operational records to be up on line for all to see. I believe in Open Government. The Park and Rec Department as well as ALL City and County Commission will be televised forward, under my Administration – and I would imagine that openness will remain after I turn on the lights and open the windows. All these fees where we charge people to use what they already own have to stop. We need all strata of our community to have free and open access to our parks, facilities, museums and programs. We own these things. People should not have to pay to use what they own.We are not going to place parking meters in our Parks.

One last point the DCCC seems to forget is important to San Francisco is Community Choice Aggregation of our Power Grid. I support replacing whoever I need to replace to put this issue into fast forward now, as of January 2012 if I can.

The other final point the DCCC missed – is regarding Internet Access and High Speed Internet as a city infrastructure forward. I built the first wireless networks in California with my hands. I am one of the best Large Scale Systems Designers in the world. My systems design, which I built out and operated as a prototype pilot project here in San Francisco in 1999 and 2000, is now the foundation infrastructure in use throughout the region of the Urban Science Center of Russia in Saint Petersburg. My system design also is used and deployed in Moscow Russia. My system design is also used in Beijing, Shanghai, and 20 other major Cities in China. Not one city in America has this built out.If we are going to compete as an “Internet City” in the future, we need City owned Fiber-optics built out into every home, apartment, hotel room, live work space and commercial building and commercial office located anywhere in our City and County. This is not optional. We must do this or economically suffer. Our nation was rated #1 in Telecom when I started to deploy wireless in San Francisco. We now, as a nation are rated #26, and we still have no wireless that works through out our city. When we deploy fiber everywhere, then the wireless devices, which people will naturally add to these “Light-based Points of Presence” will generate a huge wireless bubble that people all over the city will enjoy. ATT does not want to do this, as they cannot figure how to charge for services when metered minutes are archaic business ideas, as much as that new idea of “megabits transferred”. The nature of light, as a communications media is that it is free, and there is more than you can imagine. This means that people will only pay for access or we will just deliver the service free – like we should deliver Municipal Transit for free. This is the whole point of public service of public assets.

We have to ask our selves… how long do we want to live in the times of scarcity and diminishment of opportunity or when do we want to build the 21st century and enjoy our new accommodations? When my family showed up at the Hartford Colony in what is now Connecticut, there were no homes. There were no streets. We built the first home there in Hartford. My 12 generations back Grandfather, was the first Treasurer of the Hartford Colony. New ideas and new structures have to start somewhere. I am running for Mayor because San Francisco needs real Regime Change.

We need to organize a new Democratic Party as the existing San Francisco Democratic Party is a front for Organized Crime.

The HAARP is the one question I had for Jim Messina at the Whitehouse. He never answered whether the USA uses the HAARP as a new class of weapons. When he failed to answer, I lost any confidence in any aspect of the Obama Administration. Last night, in Palo Alto @ Facebook, the President himself talked about how he knew there are many who supported him in 2007-2008, who (me included) do not like what we are getting in his Administration. No shit.

We all remember the "Brand Obama" where he was the brilliant follow on to Rosa Parks (sat so), and Martin Luther King (could walk), so Obama (could run) could be our "Black Jesus" as the Black Community referred to Barack in 2008. One friend from Hunters Point warned me not to be fooled by some Black-Ass-CIA-Mother-Fu$ker. He told me those who oppress us come in all shapes, colors, sizes, and sexes. The guy who warned me is just another guy on the bus, one more black man in a hoodie, saggin his jeans, and trying to make money to feed his children. As a Dad, I appreciate him as a Man. Yesterday, when Obama held up traffic in San Francisco so he could go to his $37,000 per plate dinner, that same friend who warned me in the fall of 2008 asked me how the "Black Jesus" guy was working out for me? He said nothing changed in Hunters Point. Same as 1968. Same deal, but more brothers are dead now and more are in prison. "Brand Obama" is all marketing. The substance is same old same old. That's why I am running for Mayor. Even locally, it's the same old same old. When Obama said change takes time and is slow, I recognized the lie. Obama means reform takes time. Change happens like lightning and thunder. Boom! Flash! Change.

That 9.0 Earthquake in Japan was change. The Obama Administration in Washington DC is and was not change. When the Fascists stake out Nazi Turf - way out to the Right of the John Birch Society - and Obama comes back with a position that is to the Right of the Bush Family, as his "Compromise" with his Republican Friends, that is not change. When Donald Trump takes the UNION position and promises to bring Jobs back home to America - that is a Democratic Position, Barack Obama calls "Radical". The Chinese don't want our jobs to come home to the USA. The movement by the Bush/Clinton/Bush/Obama Team of hundreds of thousands of our production operations to China was reform over time - not change. The Financial Terrorism of October 2008, by the Bankers who own Obama - that was change. The Attack on the WTC on 911, that was change. The Tsunami was change. The meltdown of the Fukushima Nuclear Power Facility is change. What Obama delivered, is that change?

I can tell that "US Marine boots on the ground in Tripoli" is a land war for Empire, Occupation, and Oil. Same as Iraq. Obama's War. I can tell that US Marine boots on the ground in Afghanistan is a war for land for a pipeline and for the world control of Heroin and the Black Market Drug Money that Wells Fargo was caught laundering to prop up the Federal Reserve System. Empire. Domination of other Nations with Wars of Aggression and Conquest - that are identical to Hitler's annexation of Europe. That is not change. War is not Peace. The Nobel Committee should yank Obama's Peace Prize. He is a liar telling us that his Wars are Peace. That "We had to destroy the villiage to save it" bullshit did not fly regarding the Mai Lai Massacre in Vietnam and it does not sell soap in 2011.

There is no incentive, pressure or regulation to stop the stratospheric escalation in health care costs under Obama. There is no Public Option in the Health Insurance Industry Bailout that the right-wing calls Obamacare. Change is not bailing out a predatory Insurance Industry. Saving that industry is the reform Obama and Pelosi delivered for the Lobbyists. A public option would have delivered American Competition. Competition brings down costs to the consumers. Monopoly prop up is not change. Combining Government and Corporate Power is the definition of fascism according to Benito Mussolini, and I think El Duce understood fascism, as he invented the word. Reform into Fascism?

The HAARP is a new weapon. We need to face that fact. This took place in our lifetime on our watch. It's real. What took place in Japan and what is now the cause of the greatest atomic nightmare in world history is here and now real.

Why Japan?

The Japanese recently agreed to join with Brazil, Russia, India, and China to establish a new world currency that is not the Federal Reserve Note, we call the Dollar. The FED Notes are not Dollars, as in US Currency. They are private money, printed by a private printing company called the Federal Reserve Bank. The Criminal Enterprise that is American Corporate Fascist Power does not own the printing presses for the new currency not manipulated and controlled by the Rockefeller/Bush/Clinton/Bush/Obama/CIA. The use of the FED Notes to denominate the totally controlled Wall Street New York Stock Exchange is no joke. There is no free market in the USA. We have command and controlled State Economy that is basically like the old Soviet Union. Coke/Pepsi. MacD/BK. JPMC/BoA. GM/Ford. Army/Navy. Dem/GOP. Same deal. The other nations of the world wanted out - as they are all sick of paying for our wars, military, and empire. When Japan joined in, the USAF/USN/Command and Control Shadow Government here in America (the same bastards who ran 911 as an inside job) started up their HAARP again and played that tune - "Change".

As intelligent people, you each have to ask yourself how long your going to go along and get along and keep quiet? I suggest you do your own home work and not believe what anyone tells you. Look at what people do, as what people do is far more important than what they say. When some one tells you they love you and they keep beating on your face till your bleeding everywhere - that is domestic violence - not love. If it hurts, it's not love. If there is no mutual respect and freedom of choice - its not American.

The deal - the Military Industrial Complex, Homeless Industrial Complex, New York Financial Industrial Complex, and the Washington DC Congressional/Administration Complex is not the American Deal. We have allowed the fascists to reform our Nation into the Fourth Reich of a new Nazi World Order. We have allowed that to take place. We are responsible. We know. I am running for Mayor because I want Change. Screw the spare change. I want real change and I want it now. I do not want reform. I will not settle for reform. I want Bankers in Jail on the way to Prison, and I want Traitors tried for Treason. I can read the Bill of Rights and that is not the Patriot Act that Obama and Feinstein want renewed for 3 years, on the way to shredding our Bill of Rights. I do not want HAARP used again and I want the men and women who did the attack on Japan to be put to trial and prison for War Crimes and Crimes against Humanity. Why? Because what HAARP did to Japan is an act of war and we are under a Peace Agreement with Japan since the end of World War Two. We violated that agreement, and again used nuclear power on the Japanese People. Our Leaders are War Criminals. Change I can believe in? Get a life.

My move, Fundraising, Twitter, and Team!

This Nuclear Meltdown Business in Japan sent me thru some changes. I lived in Tokyo for a year from age 10 to 11 and love Japan, and the Japanese People. I have been to Fukushima and that coastal area. It is beautiful like Mendocino. March 11th, 2011 the world changed. Some criticized me for my prediction that we would loose 10,000 to 100,000 souls from the Quake, Tsunami and now the TEPCO Nuclear Complex Disaster.

March 1st, I started my move out from the Boyd Hotel, located at 41 Jones Street, in the main vein of the Tenderloin. I lived in the Boyd since July 8th, 2008. The Boyd was were I landed after being homeless for four months, during which time I sofa-surfed in friends living rooms and ended up in the Presidio National Recreation Area, sleeping in the bushes. Since July of 2008, the Boyd was home. My room was 11 x 17, which is big for the Theater District. Seven fellow residents died between July 8th and my move out on March 7th. The Boyd is what the Police call a Crack Hotel. One of the seven dead guys was Herbert - tossed out a window for a $40 cocaine deal gone bad. Life is cheap in the Tenderloin. I was the only sober resident. Most were Heroin Addicts, in some level of active addiction. If not Junkies, the rest were basic Alcoholics. One thing I enjoyed was walking a dope fiend off the dope into clean living and recovery. That was one huge reward. We were a colorful crew of residents. Ten of the 80 or so should have been in Mental Hospitals. Saint Anthony's Dining Room, at at 45 Jones Street is next to the Boyd Hotel. That was my kitchen, as no cooking was allowed in the SRO rooms. Where I am now at the John F. Kennedy Towers is a real change. I am now in Pacific Heights at Sacramento and Fillmore, on the 9th floor. Home is a six block walk to the Fillmore Auditorium, where I first took Psychedelics and basically moved in on weekends, back in 1966. What a long strange trip it's been. Often, when I am outside the Old Majestic Auditorium, I stop and remember the Jefferson Airplane, Hendrix, CCR, The Dead, Quicksilver, Janis and Big Brother, Moby Grape and more. I saw the Doors at the Avalon. My food bank is next door to the Old Winterland, where I saw Led Zeppilin and the Stones, The Last Waltz and so much took place... now lost in trails and burned brain cells. Still, home again! Cool.

My fundraising kicks in now. I am blocked from new bank accounts and the City requires all funds run thru a bank. So for now you can send checks to my Post Office Box 190801, San Francisco California 94119-0801. I have to start somewhere. There is a protocol that I will see thru over this next week to put the California Action Network into suspension for the time being and hold off on the Slate For Change. Both are Political Committees, which I can not run while I run for Mayor.

Next week, we will secure the FPPC Number for my "Paul Currier for Mayor of San Francisco 2011" Campaign. The efforts to call the California Citizens Constitutional Convention will stay on hold thru the middle of November of 2011, and after I win my Office as Mayor. I will win. I am qualified and have the best ideas, best platform, and I am an outsider! (smile)

I hope to open my first office at 55 New Montgomery Street shortly. We will host a fundraiser on Sunday Afternoon April 3rd., and I will announce that in a few days. We need about $1,000 to cover the venue and food. Space will be limited to 57 people. There will be food and I will present the campaign plan and schedule as well as my platform. Tickets will be $100 minimum and we hope at least 20 people kick in $500 contributions.

April - we open four other Neighborhood Offices, and host one fundraiser weekly. More later.

May - we open up to 10 to 20 small offices thru out the City, and prep for our May 28th Fundraiser Concert, at a great Old School Venue, as well as prep to raise the full $125,000 needed to secure the $450,000 in matching city campaign funds.

June 3rd - we get our petitions and hit the bricks.

July 8th, we turn in our petitions and qualify for the November Ballot.

July 9th, we hope for a huge fundraiser - HUGE!

Here is some information that I just get tired of people wanting me and asking me to explain.

George Hiram Walker Bush was the Senior CIA Controlling Officer on Operation, when he and the CIA assassinated John Fitzgerald Kennedy. If GHWB would fess up and tell the world who put him up to it, we would hear the name David Rockefeller. There is too much already on record. Jesse Ventura already revealed the death bed confession of the Watergate Burglar E. Howard Hunt for his roll as a shooter that November 22nd, 1963. John John Kennedy made the comment that it was too late and the American People would never care really. John Kennedy Junior was also killed. I believe G W Bush did that hit.

Here's a salute from America to you. It's like he is showing you personal respect as he asks you to consider, now that you know who killed my Dad, what are you going to do about it?

But before you start your journey down the path that leads to freedom for everyone, here is the creep himself, the lead assassin and architect of so much misery for our Nation including the inside job we all know as 911.

Why would these people go to such great lengths to destroy your community, your home - if you consider your mortgage the same thing as your home, your future and everyone else's? Maybe these two sets will help. The first one is easy to follow. The second one even has some suggestions at the end.

I am old fashioned in some things, like what would be a valid motive for murder? The threshold can be pretty low in some places of the world. What is the price people need to kill other people? In the military it is the price of the paycheck and benefits. In the Mafia, the price is either the contract rate or an obligation. To some, the price is emotional, as with crimes of passion. If we stick to money as a motive, would $2.3 trillion dollars be a motive? Later on, the facts came out that Rumsfeld and Cheney lost $3.5 trillion, not the $2.3 mentioned in this full show. Regardless, Norm Mineta spilled the beans on Dick Cheney to the 911 Commission. Dick Cheney directed the Department of Defense to fire a cruise missile on the Pentagon that killed the complete audit department whom had exposed both Cheney and Rumsfeld. It's hard for any of the 60 people in the know to testify to Congress when they are dead.

We are almost done. Let's look at the War Criminal Dick Cheney. This man is a pathological mass murderer. Now you get to find out more. GHWB (Bush) was in the Whitehouse directing the 9-11 Military Coup de Tat, here in the USA, while Junior (Shrub) was off reading goat stories to the kiddies in the classroom, and pretending he did not have a clue. What we must do is demand his prosecution with our chants from the streets. So we started with GHWB in Dallas killing President Kennedy. Now we end the war story with GHWB in the Whitehouse on 911 directing the show.... doing what I remember he called "public service". Is that what Adolph Hitler called his work for Germany? "Public Service". It's alot I know. Let Governor Ventura present this par to you.

So we have covered alot of ground. William Wallace - yes - from that same Wallace family - brings some light on the Bank of International Settlements. We all need to know that this is what the Global Banking International Corporations plan to use to destroy the national sovereignty of all nations. BIS is the clearing house for the roll up of all money into one global paper currency without any value, that the globalists will use as they collapse all our national currencies to zero value. What will we get beside martial law? We will loose far more than collective bargaining rights. We are about to loose everything that mattered to us as Americans. Our freedom and liberty are about to be replaced with their new worthless paper money and global Dictatorship. Some say China will be the new Global Police. This next hour is with the BBC.

There is a lot to reflect on here. The book ends I choose are November 22nd, 1963, when we lost our last elected American President. The other book end I choose is September 11th, 2001, when we lost our Bill of Rights as well as the rule of law in what used to be a Constitutional Republic called the United States of America. I don't know what the USA is any more, but it is no Constitutional Republic and no one has any rights according to law. That part ended when George W Bush stacked the US Supreme Court, after that same Court thru a fraudulent election in 2000. We need to re-take over our government and set up citizen grand juries and hold our clearly guilty politicians to account, beyond misprison of felony, I request trials for treason. Treason took place in Dallas, and Grand Treason as well as a Military Coup took place in New York.

We will learn a lot more when we Audit the Federal Reserve Bank, buy I would rather just seize the physical plants, buildings and operations as a mass movement of the American People. 250,000 people in 12 to 15 locations is less than 5 million people needed to seize the Federal Reserve. That is who owns Congress and the Judges. No federal politician or judge has any accountablity to the American People or we would not have a Federal Reserve System, or an Internal Revenue Service under Treasury, or a Federal Bureau of Investigations, or any of the other illegal operations set into motion by the Congress of 1913, and then President Wlison. Where is the Ratification by all the required States of the Acts of Congress that allegedly created the IRS and Income Tax Code? Where is the Supreme Court Ruling that legalizes the destruction of our Constitution with the creation of the Federal Reserve and the debasement of our United States Currency with the "National Debt Charade of Congress" carried out for money ever since the House of Morgan Usurped our Peoples Government just before Christmas of 1913? I submit we do not owe one dime on any phony national debt. There are clearly a lot of officials who belong in federal prison.

Yes, I would prepare to do battle with Chinese troops on American soil. I have a lot of Chinese American friends in Chinatown. That is what they tell me we are up against. Who would imagined any of this, let alone cooked it up? The big picture includes the fact that the Chinese Government does not allow collective bargaining in China. No Arab Nation in all of Pan-Arabia allows collective bargaining in any business nor are Unions really recognized as independent and democratic like here in our USA.

So it comes back to us for Leadership. I may not make it. JFK fought with my Dad. Both of them are dead. Many I admire are gone forward also. I have a spiritual faith that there is a continuum of goodness in the universe, and I have nothing and no person to fear. That is just me. You will have to make peace with your own sense of where you are and how your personal moral compass functions. I get on my knees every morning and pray to something I can't see with my eyes nor hear with my ears, yet stills my heart and calms my breath. We are all going to have to sand fast. If all I can do is stand.... I'm still standing. The song of Joe Hill claims he is found standing where ever Union Men and Women gather to walk that line. If you don't have a leader where you are, your it. Pray to what ever Joe Hill prayed to and fire it up!

Still, we must collapse the whole financial system with a "Peoples Receivership". This means mobilizing millions. That done, what next? What's next is we are going to need some time for the reconfiguration of our Nation, starting with the US Department of Treasury. We need a new Congress and a new Federal Judiciary. We need a new President also. We will need new currency and the Federal Reserve has the Presses we need to get back to work. All our new Banks will have to receive the property of the seized previous private banking institutions. We will need some patience with each other, but one thing is for sure, we need to start over

So what is the solution? What are our choices? I like Ellen Brown and her work on the Traditional Banking Model owned by the People of North Dakota and which serves as what I believe we need to have all 50 States Charter immediately. We should do this in all 3,141 Counties of America as well. Here is Ellen and then I will leave you with my concepts for a Bank of San Francisco, owned by San Francisco and to remain forever in the Public Trust.

I call for all 50 States to quickly set up and Charter their State Owned Banks at this time. I call for all 3,141 Counties in America to do the same. We need a new financial system, and all our banking forward must remain in the Public Trust and not in Private hands. Thats the start. The Bill of Rights matters and so does the rule of law for all who will be charged and given fair trials. I guess in time we will see who the Military supports and who our State National Guard Ranks choose to report too. That's my two cents. I am going to keep walking and I am going to keep talking. Message to my SF Campaign Supporters

Happy February 19th Everybody!

These are exciting times, and we have a whole City to organize, before voting starts about October 1st, 2011.

In this letter I will cover three quick points, which I will send out the the greater California Action Network Group on Facebook as well. (1) Initial Organizing Meetings to review our Campaign Field Plan to Win the Mayorship on November 1st 2011. (2) There are some quick postings to follow listed below focused on Self-Training and Team-Building, and our use of Internet Tools. (3) Our participation in the National Mobilization NOW. An Injury to one is an injury to all.

Topic (1) - Organizing San Francisco.

I will re-file my two Constitutional Initiatives that call California to Constitutional Convention shortly after the winner is announced in the race for Mayor of San Francisco, probably mid-November of 2011. We do not have a primary in the Mayor's race, and there will probably be 25 to 50 people on the ballot. I intend to win. We will ALL be nice to everyone, as if we can't get their first choice in the Ranked Choice Instant Run-off vote process, we want to be everyone's second choice at minimum. I will do my best to win everyone first choice, but hey! There is no accounting for taste (smile). As the ballots are counted the winner will emerge. Due to the process and the fact we are running citywide, I do not expect a final announcement until one to two weeks after the vote count starts when the polls close at 8 p.m. on November 1st. Since voting starts 30 days before the election, there will be 30 days of voting, and all that means is we must have done all our voter identification of supporters before Friday, September 30th 2011 for our switch to Get Out The Vote. When I re-file those two Initiatives, I will work intensely to promote that cause up and down our State as I rebuild the San Francisco relationships with our fellow Californian's in our other 57 Counties. I know we need a California Citizens Constitutional Convention. That is why I drafted those last two Articles of what is destined to become California's Old 20th Century Constitution. We need a New Constitution for the 21st Century and beyond. We need to re-frame our State and we need to show the other 49 States in our USA how the People of California demonstrate our leadership by our example of our actions. I expect My/Our Initiatives to be on our Statewide Ballot in the November 2012 election. That effort will require a $100 million dollar campaign and I will ask all of Rock and Roll to step up to the plate for major benefits, so we can end the war on drugs, decriminalize all controlled substances in California, pardon all past non-violent drug offenders, let them have their lives back, and save our State over $30 billion in wasted revenue yearly. From now until November 1st, I am focused on one campaign only. I am a serious contender and I intend to be elected Mayor of San Francisco this year.

There is news and there is news. Many of you know that I stood in solidarity with my friend Jane Kim in her successful campaign for San Francisco Supervisor my recent District 6. I supported Jane from when we were both San Francisco Green Party. I was a Green from 2001 thru 2007 if I remember. The Department of Elections has all the correct dates. My point is Jane is a friend. I call her Jane "Clean Hands" Kim for a reason. As you get to know her you will find her kind, very tuned (she plays electric bass and has perfect pitch), gentle, direct and tough as steel. She is not corrupt and I am proud of her and her work. Her margin of victory was just over one thousand votes. I like to think I had something to do with that. (smile).

Yes I am moving out of District 6. I will move on March 1st to the John F. Kennedy Tower at 2451 Sacramento Street. That property is part of the San Francisco Housing Authority, and is barely in my new Supervisor's District 2, yet still in my Assembly District 13. I will miss District 6 in a way, but I am running for Citywide Office and I plan on remaining connected to the Theater District Heart of San Francisco.

Many of you supported me when I ran a $10 campaign to win a seat on our local San Francisco County Democratic Party Central Committee, last June 8th (2010). I earned over 2,300 votes for my DCCC race. This was the vocal support I did my best to provide Jane Kim in November of 2010. Others spent between $20,000 to over $80,000 in that race in June of 2010. That was alot of money for a non-paid seat on a board, which I simply question how important it is forward? 12 people won in my AD13. I have never been to an actual DCCC Meeting and I may or may not attend forward. Why am I so ambivalent about the DCCC locally? I am not a machine candidate, unless we all pay attention to the fact I am building a new machine in town. Your either in the loop or your out of the loop. Since the DCCC endorsement is the kiss of political death in many ways, I think we need to make a new loop. Clearly, my charges of Obstruction of Justice as a Racket run out of the Mayor's Office at least during the Brown and Newsom Terms is not too popular with that Political Elite Clique. I stand by my charge that Kamala Harris was in on it, and her denial of 6th Amendment Rights to 10,000 to 20,000 Individuals that she wrongfully convicted is serious stuff. When I looked at her "deal" with the Countrywide CEO for a $6.5 million dollar plea bargain on a $3.5 billion dollar consumer fraud, I was more than disgusted. When I commit to clear out the corruption in City Hall I am not kidding around.

We need to Organize San Francisco to take Room 200 in the first real progressive and Populist Mayorship since George Moscone was elected in 1975. It's been a long time. There was one thing about George that we all need to remember. George Moscone was a Mayor of ALL of San Francisco, not simply a specific faction. Since City Hall as been thru a brutal set of decades that started with assassinations, the polarization of town has transfigured local politics. We must change this.

Later today (2/19) I will post my first community organizing meeting. I am going to appear at a series of house meetings across San Francisco, and you can organize your own, and I will
show up of course. I call on you each to call a meeting in your home and have a dinner, or cocktail event. Talk up what you and your friends want to have equity in - as we design and build a New San Francisco.

Topic (2) - Self Training and Team Building, Use of Internet Tools.

Since early January, many of us have watched what started in Tunis and is now rolls around thru all of Pan-Arabia like a Piston Strike, in the words of Organized Labor. The creative use of team building and Internet tools were key to this still early mobilization to: end corruption; build economic equity; and deliver the real opportunity and prosperity required to enjoy genuine freedom.

This morning, I posted a mirror of a blog from a grassroots group in England called UK Cuts. Their theme is that the budget cuts are all political choices and they are not necessary. The use of austerity budgets by the mega-wealthy and their corporations to attack people by closing schools, hospitals, parks, programs, opportunities, designed to destroy our quality of civilization and quality of life is criminal.

When I ran my old Communications Company, Communication Bridge our motto was "use the net to build the net and use the web to build the web". Some of you know I started my personal work building the Internet in 1983. As a key project Manager at Radio Free Europe / Radio Liberty we built a 26 language version of CNN (from when CNN was actually news). When we coded Arabic and Farsi for Apple Keyboards, I never imagined those technologies would be used later in a Pan-Arabian Revolution. So lets keep focused on the Internet. We will use the Net to Organize San Francisco and we will build from San Francisco to Organize California. I appreciate that the DNC took the activity that was my focus on my.barackobama.com in early November of 2008, to rename their campaign around. I said I was Organizing America, not Organizing for America. We are not corporatists and we don't do this for profit. One of the Lawyers for Obama confirmed that the DNC deleted my blogs and account as they wanted the name I created and needed to wipe the tracks of who owned it. That is pretty sleazy. But we all know I was tossed under that bus and if you pay attention to my work, I am more than critical of the President. We are Organizing America and lets plug into what the grassroots are doing, starting Wednesday February 23rd in Columbus Ohio. We are also mobilizing on the following Wednesday in Washington DC, on March 2nd, to protest the shutdown of our Government.

Topic (3) - Organizing America and our Peoples Mobilization NOW.

Since Obama refuses to choose to cut the Pentagon, or find the $3.5 trillion Bush, Rumsfeld, and Cheney stole, Democrats and Republicans are cutting lifeline programs due to the American People. Why due to us? Because we say so. Rumsfeld admitted he lost $2.5 trillion on September 10th 2001. The next day, Cheney sat in the WH Command Bunker for the George H W Bush planned Continuity of Government Exercise designed by that Cocaine Smuggling CIA Friend to all, Oliver North, and controlled the murder of the Accounting Department at the Pentagon. The only Pentagon Employees to die on 911 were the same auditors who reported the theft of trillions that Rumsfeld admitted too. Obama refuses to look back. $30 trillion was robbed by the banks Bush bailed out, and Obama continues to bail out as well as refuses to prosecute.

Here is some of the collateral damage the US Government will do to America by shutting down the Government instead of shutting down Military Bases - as in at least 50% of them.

1.) 43 Million Americans will not get Food Stamps from March 4th forward.

2.) Tens of Millions of poor Americans will have their Section 8 rent subsidies stopped from March 4th forward.

3.) All Social Security Recipients will stop getting money as the Social Security Administration already announced to the staff that the furloughs begin on March 4th or shortly there after.

4.) All Military in the Service and all Veterans who have served face closed doors and payroll stoppage from March 4th forward.

That is a simple start to the full list. If you were not dealing with the Federal Government when it shut down in 1995, you do not know the extent of the damage about to be inflicted by the US Government on the US People.

The Governor of Wisconsin was basically funded by the Koch Brothers, the two wingnuts who deliver the astro-turf to what the GOP call's their Tea Party. I am a grassroot. I hope you are as well. I am not astro-turf, and no one pays me to volunteer.

In Wisconsin we see the attempt to end collective bargaining in America. I don't think the GOP planned on a General Strike in response. I believe we should organize a General Strike compounded by Piston Strikes (Rolling Strikes) across the USA. We need to attack the Koch Brothers Businesses, as well as all the banks Obama loves who are too big to fail. No one is too big to fail in America - including Richard Nixon or Barack Obama.

How To Organise An Action

The form the action takes is up to you. So far in the UK people have picketed, leafleted, staged performances, glued themselves to windows, occupied stores and even held an intrepid one woman protest. We are targeting big corporations and the governments that support them, not staff or customers who are being screwed too. Civil disobedience is an important part of what we do, but whatever you decide to do keep it creative and constructive.

Step 1 – List an action

Add your action to the website (with a place and time!). It’s easy to do and we’ll make sure our followers get to hear about it. Creating and linking to a Facebook event is a really good move as it will give you an idea of how many people to expect as well as free publicity as people see their friends signing up.

Step 2 – Spread the word

Listing the action is not enough. Some ideas for getting others involved:

Tell friends, family, colleagues, the dog and the postman Put up posters in public spaces and in sympathetic shops Get in touch with as many local groups as you can; trade unions, sympathetic political party groups, anti-cuts groups, student unions, local campaigning groups... you never who might want to get involved. Set up a Twitter account and tweet, tweet, tweet using the #usuncut hashtag. Email any lists you might subscribe to

Step 3 – Action prep

You'll probably want to take some flyers, some posters or placards and a banner. You'll be able to find flyers and posters on our targets page soon. Letters to workers explaining that they are not the target of the action can also be effective.

Read up on your target. Why are you targeting them in particular? There are likely to be a lot of curious members of the public milling around – it’s important you’re able to answer their questions. We’ve had a great response from the public once they know what we’re doing and why.

Step 4 - Turn up!

Be brave – even the smallest protests can have a big effect if they’re done right. You'll meet some new people, get a lot of kind words from passers-by and hopefully have a great time.

Let's make this an international movement!

I believe that George H W Bush was the Senior CIA Control Officer In-charge, at Dallas on November 22, 1963, and that GHWB oversaw and controlled the assassination of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy. There is ample evidence to prove Bush (41) was the "Lead Assassin", which has emerged after the Oliver Stone Documentary: JFK. See for your self here.

I believe the deathbed confession of the Watergate Burglar, E. Howard Hunt, that he was in on the Kennedy hit, and clearly Hunt was one of GHW Bush's hit men for decades. Here is more on Hunt's confession. And there is more here on this link.

I believe there is a Shadow Government run in the USA by GHWB (41), Bill Clinton (42), Bush (43), and that this Black Operation is run from the Bush CIA Headquarters in Washington DC or in Langley at the CIA HQ. I believe this group was and is run by others, and with others associated with David Rockefeller, and with executive oversight by David Rockefeller. I believe the Council on Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission, and Bilderberg Group all work to run both the United States Government, thru control of the offices of the Whitehouse, most of the offices of the US Senate and House of Representatives, and US Supreme Court. I believe the Council on Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission, and Bilderberg Group also work carefully to protect their privately owned business, we all know at who prints our currency: The Federal Reserve Bank System.

These people killed Martin Luther King and Bobby Kennedy. Their roots are in Operation Paperclip and Nazi Germany. The theft of trillions of dollars is nothing to the theft of a nation and if possible the establishment of a one world fascist regime - the 1,000 year Reich.

So why shoot Members of Congress and Federal Judges?

What does the Second Amendment exactly say and why do you imagine free access to firearms was important to American Revolutionaries? What did we Declare Independence from, if not the privately owned Royal Banks?

I am running for Mayor of San Francisco, knowing full well that Harvey Milk and George Moscone were shot in the City Hall where I will serve. I realize Diane Feinstein was in all probability the "shot caller" when Harvey and George were hit. Why do you think our establishment of publicly owned Banks are the centerpiece of my program? Why is the Bank of North Dakota my template? We all need to simply organize and take our power in our public houses, by ballots. We need to do this in every County and in every State in America. That is 3,141 Counties to Organize and 50 States. Then we need to take our National Capitol back.

Did the S.F.E.O.C. Staff Steal all the 2009 H.E.A.P. Funds from the Poor?

Many of the SRO Residents wondered where the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) funds went in 2009. All of us in San Francisco lost our benefits, it appears. No money came to us. The state Department of Community Services & Development administers the federally funded Low-Income Home Energy Assistance, which is basically a "one month cost of energy use" reimbursement program, which is paid out to all the Low Income Residents of the USA, once a year.

The rumor here in the Tenderloin, is that the Economic Opportunity Council (EOC) of San Francisco apparently robbed many hundreds of thousands dollars, if not many millions of dollars of Federal HEAP Payments from all the poor people who were due the assistance, because of poverty. The idea that Benefit Administrators robbed the poor of their benefit's is repugnant. Was this the Mayor's Staff? Was this Non-Profit Staff who feed off the Government's Homeless Industrial Complex? Why was the local Agency who Administers the program closed? How did the whole staff get brand new private cars to drive around in? Why did Mayor Newsom and District Attorney Harris keep this on the down low, if not for the election? How come no one has been arrested.

This is the kind of corruption in San Francisco that I promise to end when I am elected Mayor on November 1st, 2011.

So who robbed the poor? Was it the Mayor's Economic Development Team? Was it the Economic Opportunity Council of San Francisco, located at 1426 Fillmore Street, Suite 301, San Francisco, CA 94115? 25,000 SRO Rooms where $120 per Room was due for 2009, is over $2,500,000 stolen! Why was none of this in the San Francisco Chronicle, the SF Bay Guardian, of SF Weekly?

I called staff of the Community Services & Development (CSD) today to file my formal complaint on behalf of all the SRO Tenants in San Francisco. Robbery of the poor by City Workers or by Non-Profit Program Administrators is not cool. Failure to arrest and criminally prosecute that size of a felony is not cool. Did Kamala Harris know? Did Gavin Newsom know? If so, when? Why was the E.O.C. of San Francisco closed? What happened to the old Executive Director? Where is my $143.23? Where are the millions due everybody else?

CSD administers federal programs to help low-income families achieve and maintain self-sufficiency, meet their home energy needs, and reside in housing free from the dangers of lead hazards. CSD works with a network of more than 100 agencies throughout California that provide services and programs directly in the community. How vast was the corruption under Governor Schwarzenegger? Of the $200 million of Federal Money for the poor, how much actually made it to the poor?

The Bank Robbery of America is Total - Seize the Banks

In October of 2008, our Treasury - the US Treasury - Our depository of our federal tax and social security funds - our common wealth - the only Legal Entity in the USA that can print and regulate our currency - Our United States Treasury bailed out 12 to 24 Privately Owned Banks. It was not $700 billion. We bailed out these theives for $3.3 trillion, while Paulson and Co. danced around doing the "financial terrorist - suicide banker - give me hundreds of billions or I blow up your economy" dance. This process was executed in collusion with the Federal Reserve Bank, and the Whitehouse.

Antitrust chief Christine Varney told reporters yesterday, “We are committed to getting restitution, full restitution, to all the municipalities that were victims of this scheme.”

There is more in these comments: "Douglas Lee Campbell, formerly employed by the bank’s municipal derivatives group, pleaded guilty to taking part in a conspiracy to pay state and local governments below- market rates on investments purchased with bond proceeds." - from the article.

"The government has identified more than a dozen firms, including JPMorgan Chase & Co., UBS AG, and Societe Generale as unindicted co-conspirators in a criminal case brought by the Justice Department against a Los Angeles investment broker." - from the article.

In October of 2008, ALL these Privately Owned Banks, which the December 1st FED Document Dump revealed that we bailed out to the tune of over $3.3 trillion in Federal Reserve Printed hard cash, were the very same institutions who were bilking our States and Counties with fraudulent investments. This SAME Bank Cabal actually took another $30 trillion in garbage paper contracts, which they (these banks) were on the hook for and trucked all this crap over to the US Treasury on Tim Geithner's watch. Tim Geithner ran the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, that October of 2008. This all went down, with Geithner's knowledge, while Paulson and Co. danced around doing the "financial terrorist - suicide banker - give me hundreds of billions or I blow up your economy" dance. This took place before Obama won the election.

All Obama has done since this crime, was cover it up. It looks like some of the people at the DOJ are not going to continue the coverup regardless of Obama and Holder trying to stop the investigations. After-all - these Banks are Obama's largest campaign contributors.

These Private Banks robbed us all with over 18 thousand trillion dollars in fraudulent mortgages, where over 60 million mortgages in the USA are not properly recorded at out county recorders offices for proper tax assessments. This crime means we can not properly assess our Local and State Taxes in all 3,141 Counties and all 50 States. You do the math. 60 million mortgages multiplied times $300,000 per mortgage, to use one average number as a multiplier. A home, if you have one or were allowed to sign a mortgage contract on one, is where most of the non homeless in America have the greatest portion of their net worth. Due to these frauds, which have killed the real estate market in the USA, our home values in America are down 50% from that drunken top, commonly referred to as "the peak". This lost of value is a tax. This is a real tax, which everyone really paid to these same Banks, and which you will realize. if and when you try to get out of your home now or in the future.

These Private Banks robbed our Counties, and local Municipalities out of all our retirement savings and retirement funds, in the Antitrust that this specific Bloomberg article focuses on.

These same Private Banks robbed us of over $30 trillion in hard cash they extorted from the Federal Reserve Bank in October of 2008, and then robbed any additional unknown level of trillions of cash thru on-going fraud (committed with the FED), from November 2009 until now. This massive swap of mortgage backed paper for United States Treasury Notes is done with what the finance world calls "cash instruments", backed by Federal Reserve Dollars. The effect is the debasement of our currency. You can tell the rate of debasement (loss of value of anything denominated in FED Dollars) of our currency relative to gold or silver. As gold went from $300 per ounce to over $1,400 per ounce, the FED Dollar was debased buy that loss of over $1,100 in real value. How can all of our Dollar denominated "things" have lost that much value? When we look at gold alone, It now takes $1,100 more FED Paper Dollars to buy that same amount of gold. That is not gold going up. Gold is just gold. That is the deflation or debasement of the value of our common currency. FED Dollars are now slave money. Only slaves will work with dollars. Those with wealth will work with gold and silver. As this kind of early hyperinflation hits homes, the values of our homes will appear to go up in terms of dollars, as the value of the dollar falls. When it takes ten times more dollars to buy gas, food, gold or silver, then why don't our homes "go up ten times in value"? This is the tax the Banks charge us - that is criminal. The Banks are not robbing one of us at a time. The Banks are robbing us all and our government is covering it up, because the government is in collusion. It's hard to get any support for any government to accomplish what governments are supposed to accomplish, when the government is in collusion with the Banks. If you do not know and want to know what a good government is supposed to do, then read that one single paragraph preamble to our Constitution of our United States of America.

These Private Banks destroyed our Local and State Tax Basis of Local and State Government Solvency.

These Private Banks debased and continue to trash the value of our common currency, there buy robbing us all.

These Private Banks are the same banks who have already foreclosed on over 5 million Americans, and are foreclosing on over 3 million Americans now, and will foreclose on over 12 million Americans more over the next 3 to 5 years in our near future.

These are the same Private Banks who are technically insolvent and must be closed now for insolvency due to the loss of value of their real estate lending on collateral that is worth less than 1/2 what shows on their books for values.

This general financial storm is why we must seize the Federal Reserve Bank - thru receivership - and confiscate 100% of their/the banks/our Printing Presses, land, assets, everything, as our security.

This general financial storm is why we must seize every Federal Reserve Chartered Bank - also thru receivership - and confiscate 100% of their/ buildings, Bank Offices, land, assets, everything, as our security in liquidation of their operations thru public confiscation.

This general financial storm is why we must establish 50 State Owned State Chartered and State Run State Banks (one per State in our Union), and establish 3,141 County Owned State Chartered Local Banks in every County in America, to receive 100% of these Banks local assets, everything, as our security.

We must rule that all derivative instruments were financial fraud and void each and everyone, as one step in cleaning this mess up.

We must send the people responsible for this mess to prison. This means there are legions of Bankers and Bank Owners who must go to Prison. It's either Prison or the Guillotine.

California is Broken - Not Broke

Here is a title for this blog entry: Problems, Solutions, and My Proposal for California to charter, establish, and grow a new Publicly owned State and County Bank System to restore prosperity to our Golden State.

That is a mouthful. My muse told me to keep it simple and clear. I want to open up my writing today with what financial rewards are in my proposal for our State and for our Counties as well as what's in this for you. Do you like to own stuff or do you prefer to have a Bank own your stuff so you can pay the Bank forever for using their stuff? I hope you like to own stuff. If you prefer that Banks own your car, clothes and groceries, and everything you bought on credit, and if you prefer a Bank own your home as well, then you may want to sign up for slavery with somebody else. I like to own stuff. So we will get to the financial rewards part of my proposal, at the end of this article, again, but before that, We need to cover the problems we face, and then explore my proposals for our individual and collective solutions. There are taboo topics like "Big Oil", "Big Banks", Big Prisons", and "Big Taxes" I will address. Why not. Arnold Schwarzenegger has not been honest with us. Jerry Brown is opening up his new Administration as Governor of California by repeating the same dishonest statements, with his own spin. I feel passionately that we need to see the California Democratic and Republican Party solutions as our common problem. Why do I see these two parties as representing the same problems? Both love Big Oil, Big Banks, Big Prisons, and Big Taxes.

The State Bank of California, which I propose now, along with one County Bank per each County in California will create a "Economic Ecology" that is not available to us now. Without water, most of California is Desert. Without and Economic Ecology most of California will economically collapse, die, and wither away. The Publicly Owned State Bank of California will deliver greater economic benefit to our State than our model - State Bank of North Dakota. The profits our State Bank of California should deliver will be greater than those the State Bank of North Dakota delivers to the State Treasury of North Dakota. Why? Our California Economy is so much more diverse, rich and contains industries places like North Dakota consume but do not develop: Silicon Valley; Internet Services; Electric Cars; Movies and TV; Telecom and more. The economic ecology that will come into existence based on what I propose now, should be at least ten times greater than the annual profits the Banks will create. Since these Banks will exist in our State and Counties and be owned by our State and owned by our Counties, the profits will remain in our State and in our Counties to further deliver value to all of us. What kind of numbers are we looking at for all of us to use? The Bank of North Dakota generates an average profit of about $400 per capita for everyone in the State of North Dakota. That $400 per capita profit multiplied by about 650,000 people in the State of North Dakota earns that Bank over $250 million per year. A $400 profit per capita in California would earn our State Bank of California $14.8 billion per year. What I propose will deliver about $150 Billion in real money to our State of California annually, as well as the profits that should be divided 50/50 between the Bank for growth and operations and the Treasury of our State.

The Publicly Owned State Bank of California (SBC) would be modeled after the State Bank of North Dakota (SBND). The SBND is 100% owned by the People of North Dakota. 100% of the stock on the SBND is owned by the treasury of the State of North Dakota. All the profits of that commercial bank stay in North Dakota. The SBND was established in 1919, so we have decades of real world financial records to go on as we apply that "For Profit State Chartered Bank Business" model to what I propose for the State of California and all 58 California Counties now.

When I mentioned that we should have a 58 County System of State Chartered, county owned County Bank as well, the design goal is to deliver autonomous new revenue to our Counties that is not based on taxation. Again, the $15 billion dollar figure applied with a 50/50 split that will deliver $7.5 billion per year into the Treasuries of our Counties as well as $7.5 into our County Banks for growth and operations. Again, the effect of delivery of an "Economic Ecology" would manifest in each County, to add another $150 billion of new money to our State. When we add both economic effects, what I propose will add over $300 billion of economic activity within our State, that would not be skimmed off to the Investment Banks of Wall Street or London, yearly. What I propose would keep the economic strength in California for the benefit of California as well as provide the working capital needed by our State's small and medium sized businesses. Since this is a long term solution, I believe we need to deal with this proposal in a State Constitutional Convention along with the re-structuring of our State to address the four big taboo topics: Big Oil; Big Finance; Big Prisons; and Big Taxes.

Without chapter and verse, there are a host of problems with California's political economy as structured. I read and studied our 35 Article California State Constitution. The document is a hodge-podge patchwork quilt of a State Charter without clear design and intelligent framing. Let's remember what California was like in 1879 and the needs of the Railroad Robber Barons who required State Law they could profit from as well as legalize the slavery of Chinese people, without calling the scheme slavery. We abolished slavery in the United States in 1861, but the Railroad Robber Barons who built California's early Industry knew that with a State Constitution they could do things in our State that Washington DC would not dare trouble, due to States Rights. I will revisit States Rights as those matter, and empower us to do things in California that are no one's business other than ours - such as End the War on Drugs.

First off, is what everyone sees, if they have two good eyes: California as a State Government is deformed. If you ran over your bicycle with a car or bus, you may discover a bent frame. California is like that. We now have a bent frame and deformed legal structure, which profits those who dont want to fix it. I propose it is far better for us all to start over with a new design for the 21st Century and beyond. We can pick the best from our current Constitution and discard that which is best left to history. This clean sheet approach to a new Constitution is best for all of us now, from the remnants of the families that predate the Bear Flag Republic, and the early Chinese settlers, who effectively were slaves within our borders, to the many emigrants, who have come to settle and have families of their own in our Golden State since. In 2010, for the first time since we founded our State and for the first time since after our past term as Alta California, a northern State of Mexico, just this last year or two we have more people who live here who were born here, than had moved here from some place else. Since our new majority are home born residents and citizens, the timing is right to start again. Let's pick the best from the past to incorporate into our new State. Let's also discard that which was designed into our Constitution to profit New York and Foreign entities by means of the extraction of our State's wealth. We are not broke now. California clearly is broken, but we are in no way broke. The best is yet ahead, and it is up to all of us to make it real.

When I look at our political economy there is much to toss it out. Why cling to methods and processes designed to profit the Robber Barons of the late 1800's? What good do methods and processes serve us now, that are the basis of mercantile plunder of our wealth? As one example, California is the one State that does not charge Big Oil an Oil Severance Royalty. Those who profit from things as they are are not our children. New York Banks and both the Occidental Oil Company and the Standard Oil Company of California profit from California not charging the Robber Corporations for our State's Natural Resources. The very Republican States of Texas and Alaska do not allow that kind of abuse and plunder. Nor does Wyoming. So why would Jerry Brown no mention that in his State of the State analysis of our problems? The Brown family from Governor Pat Brown and thru Jerry Brown have protected the economic interests of the Occidental Oil Company. That is not what Democrats sell, but that is the product we bought. Obama is owned by JP Morgan Chase, and the other To Big To Fail New York Banks. So we can now see the faces of Big Oil and Big Finance. How does the US Military and Prison Industries fit into this mix?

What used to be the jewel of the best of Free Public Education as our community asset and trust, which was also the envy of all of the 49 other States in our Nation, as well as the envy of most nations of the world, is now ranked the 50th worst educational system at the bottom of all the 50 United States. Who would want to hire our kids if we allow this to continue? Our children need to be prepared with the best educations possible to enter society trained and skilled. We are in a new global economy. We need to invest in our children now more than ever. All our kids must do more than simply pass math tests. Exams may be great for Chicago and Texas, but in California we must do better. Our kids must be able to think critically on their own. Our children need to learn to think for them selves and use math and other complimentary skills to engineer their own solutions in their futures, and as the best future solutions for their future communities. So how did our schools transform from the best to the worst? How did we also transform at that same time frame from a free society, characterized as "the California Dream" into a Prison State, with the greatest number of incarcerated adults, per capita, of any other State in our Union? To add to this shame, the USA now has more prisoners per 100 people in any population now in lock down than in any other Nation anywhere on the world. This means that California is now the model Prison State, and political economic role model of how to raise the most unintelligent children in the world. I will not tolerate this. I hope the University Students of California rise up and hit the streets and organize our State.

The thoughts of our founding fathers, which everyone understood over 200 years ago addressed a problem with taxation without representation. This was all about money. Taxation without representation is about inflation of values for goods bought and sold and the deflation of the value of a currency. That is what taxation without representation is. This stuff is not rocket science. When gas costs twice as much per gallon as it did two years ago, that is the inflation of goods bought and sold. The same goes for bread, eggs, produce and meat at the store. But why does the government not include food and fuel in the inflation index? Why does the government not include the cost of what was supposed to be free public education in the inflation index? Why are our kids so dumbed down that they can't figure out the math, and the political economics?

Here are some simple facts that focus on decisions that our government is making now. I will not drone on and on about Foreign Policy, Security & Military Policy, Environmental Policy, Health Policy, Educational Policy, and Criminal Policy. But let's look for the next 5 minutes at Economic Policy.

Congressman Grayson addressed Taxation as we think of taxes: Levies the Government places on our active and passive incomes, capital gains and profits. But when the stock market goes up double and the value of our currency is cut in half, we have the same values. If it takes twice as much money to buy something that is costs twice as much, and the value of the money is one half what it was, there is no change in values. If it costs twice as much to buy the same stock and your money is worth the same the stock doubled in value. The Stock inflated in value. If the stock costs the same and your money lost 50% of its value, then it will take twice as much money to buy the same stock. Your money deflated in value. When things cost five times more, like ten years ago, Silver cost $5.00 per ounce, and today it costs more than five times more, because Silver is up to $30 per ounce, you may think that Silver is going up. That is not true. Silver did not go anywhere. One ounce of Silver is still one ounce of Silver. The value of Silver remained the same, but the value of the Federal Reserve Note - or FED Dollar deflated more than 500%. If your working with Bank issued paper money, as we are in this comparison of Silver to FED Dollar Notes, the value of your FED Dollars just deflated five times. To buy that same $5.00 Silver One Ounce Coin will cost you over five times the number of FED Paper Dollars, because your money was deflated. That is a 500% Tax in terms of FED Dollars.

We have that same problem today with inflation and deflation. In our modern world, less than 3% of our people live on family farms. In 1776, 97% of our people lived on family farms. How do you grow food without a farm? State Prisons are not Family Farms. Our Political Economy no longer delivers a system of government that assures both our Liberty and our Prosperity. Your freedom of movement takes gasoline and a car, or a plane or a train ticket, which is also a vehicle and fuel. Freedom means being able to participate economically, not simply being able to walk down the sidewalk. Without FED Dollar denominated gas and a car, your free to walk where ever you like. Since the Federal Reserve Act became law in 1913, the purchasing power of the FED Paper Dollar has deflated over 98%. That means you were taxed double every time the value went down by half. In the last ten years, that value of your FED Paper Dollars have deflated another 50% in terms of groceries and fuel. In terms of Silver and Gold, you can see the amount of deflation in the value of your currency by the two charts here. Not too pretty.

So when the value of your paycheck that is denominated in FED Dollars keeps telling you your wages are the same, but in 10 years your Dollars have devalued by 500% in real terms, that is called a tax. Inflation and deflation are the hidden taxes the economists do not like to talk about, as they usually all work for Banks, or Corporations owned by Banks. When Economists teach in Academia, typically that University is owned, endowed, or otherwise politically controlled by the Central Bank, a Bank Chartered by a Central Bank, or controlled by an individual a Corporation who's stock is owned or traded by the Central Banks or Financial Institutions that depend on Central Banks for currency. What this means is the Academic Economists have a financial interest in not revealing the truth about money and economics, or they do not eat, and loose their positions.

I caution everyone not to compare FED Dollars to other paper currency. Think of all paper as slave money. If you compare your FED Dollars to Yen or the Euro or any other form of Central Bank issued paper, you will not be able to see your paper devalue as easily as comparing any and all paper money to gold and silver. Since we are headed into a global currency collapse, the only real money that will retain value will be gold and silver.

Owning stuff, like owning real money, is a good thing. If you have 100 ounces of pure gold in coins, and that is yours, I bet you all your coins, that you like that. I would like that too. If those are your real gold coins, I bet you would agree with me that your owning 100 ounces of gold coins is a good thing.

Your ability to travel and get out-doors and live life is a good thing. People need to be able to freely exercise their own decisions, and afford their own resources, to create both their own prosperity and fulfill their own opportunities and dreams. These things are vital individually and collectively to all our lives. We are not slaves. Yet look at our lives. Where is the freedom in the endless revolving doors of our State Prisons for our un-educated, and with unemployment, and bankruptcy, and public assistance, or foreclosure, as well as crippling individual private debt, and the escalating pubic debt of our communities?

In October of 2008, only one State out of 50 was not technically insolvent, if the Federal Reserve had not issued over $3 trillion hard cash dollars as well as another $27 trillion dollars in bank lines of credit. That State was North Dakota. In 1919, there was a crisis going on and Americans everywhere were loosing their family farms, at the rate that people are losing their homes in foreclosure now. As we end 2010, depending on your source, we have 7 million Americans who have lost their homes to foreclosure in the last 10 years, and another 8 to 12 million homes due to enter the foreclosure process over the next 2 to 3 years. These numbers are staggering. Many of these homes are in California. In 1919, the Farmers of North Dakota founded their State Bank so they could save their farms.

The current mess, which we dug ourselves into needs no introduction. No one wants to take credit for voting in issue after issue of the most poorly designed Constitutional Convention in world history. But this is what we all did. One issue at a time we added onto a dysfunctional criminal justice system to the point where we now pay $50,000 per year per inmate to lock up kids for 25 to life for shoplifting at Wallgreens. We have over 30,000 kids doing 25 years to life for possession of less than one gram of Crack Cocaine. That is $1,250,000 to lock up a kid with our criminal solution to a medical problem the doctors call the disease of alcoholic addiction. That is pure insanity. Do the Democrats want to change that? Do the Republicans want to change that? The Democrats and the Republicans delivered 26 new huge State Prisons in the same 27 years that they managed to build one new University of California Campus. Now we are not building any campuses. Now we are jacking the cost of "Free Public Education" up 30% per year. Where is the sanity in that?

Prop 13, was California's "Tax Revolt". We were being taxed out of our homes. But no one explained the devaluation of our currency. Old people who were locked into dollars they earned decades ago, were being taxed at dollar values after the Banks has deflated the value of the FED Dollars. We were supposed to be able to buy a home, pay it off, and own it. Owning stuff is a good thing. But the old people who built California were being taxed out the the homes they owned as that deflation of the value of our currency hit everyone. The Counties found that it cost two, five, ten times the dollars to deliver value as the FED dollars were being debased over time. Prop 13 did three things. First it stopped the taxation of individual homes to escalate at the rate the FED was debasing the currency. Second, Prop 13 had a hidden Corporate Loophole. Third, Prop 13 was classic Voodoo Economics as whole factors vital to a comprehensive understanding of any Economic Ecology were just not considered nor addressed. If you remover water from a lake, the fish can't swim and they die. As the FED debased the value of the Dollar and FED Paper Currency deflated in value, it was like the water being removed from a lake (think eco-system). Old People kept their homes. That was and is a good thing. New people were priced out of the market. That was and is a bad thing, as families starting out were priced out. I will not address the Control Frauds of the Savings and Loan Crisis that Neil Bush, GHW Bush's son and George W Bush's brother provoked. 1,000 Bankers went to Prison in the Savings and Loan Frauds. The Prop 13 effects took place over time. The Control Fraud of the 1980 to now use of the Mortgage Electronic Registry System (MERS) will take books to address. Let's just remember there have been multiple financial cycles during the life of the 1978 Prop 13 Tax Revolt that enabled people trying to solve an equation with out working both sides of the equals sign. Algebra is not like that. Eqations take two sides and one equals sign. To get a correct answer to any simple or complex equation, you need to consider all the relevant factors. Prop 13 never considered inflation or deflation as a hidden tax. So when Prop 13 addressed "Taxes" the law we passed addressed only some of the complex set of factors that translate revenues into the services and programs of Government. Those who hate taxes all scream a new tune when their home is the one burning and going up in smoke, while that fire department that was next door was closed for lack of funds, and the firemen who work for the government were on furlough because the Governor said we could only have fires on Mondays thru Wednesdays.

The Second thing Prop 13 did, that no one revealed and big money makes sure stays quiet - is the "Corporate Loophole". In 1978 the Corporations paid 2/3rds of California's revenue collected from Property Taxes. In 1978, Residential Property Taxes delivered 1/3 of the County and State Property Tax Revenue. Still there was a Revolt in 1978. No one explained the debasement of our Federal Reserve Currency by private bankers in New York who knew exactly what they were doing and how the noose would tighten as they strangled State and County Governments. By 2009, the Corporations paid only 1/3rds of total California revenue collected from Property Taxes. In that same 2009, Residential Property Taxes delivered 2/3 of the County and State Property Tax Revenue. Over time, as homes were sold, and the sales were recorded at the County's the tax base of Residential Real Estate Changed. The Corporations did a fast one. Corporate Real Estate Owners bought and sold stock, or partnership shares in LLC's and LLP's and business entities. These corporate transactions were all legal. The effect was that the value of the corporate properties were not recorded and the changes in the tax base skewed onto the Residential Property Owners.

The total effect? Prop 13 is only one component of the strangulation of California's State and County Governments. The failure of Big Oil to pay for their pumping oil resource extraction of the oil that is our State Public Resource has bankrupted California. The Corporate Loophole in Prop 13 has bankrupted California. Big Prisons and stupid criminal justice tactics in a cultural war between the Pot Smoking Hippies and the Old Fogies who Drank Booze bankrupted California. The economic policies that shipped our manufacturing jobs to Asia and other Continents bankrupted California. But far larger in all these solvable issues is the debasement of the Federal Reserve Currency that has California on the Economic Ropes. We are broken - not broke.

That thumbnail historical walk is for those people from elsewhere, who are not aquatinted with the big picture factors of the demise of California, and to be able to grasp the real mess our State of California has made of it's own political economy. We allowed the plunder by New York, and foreign entities who are not even American. We allowed the ENRON Rape. We allowed the debasement of our Federal Currency, and we failed to use Gold and Silver as our Constitution requires as our only money.

Our New Governor Jerry Brown simply stated yesterday, that California as a State is Bankrupt. Insolvent means you have no cash. Nothing. How did such a wealthy State get into such a huge mess? It is not all Arnold Schwarzenegger's fault. Sure, he was good at kicking the can down the road. The Democrats join in on that party. Now we all ran out of road. A State budget is a big thing. If you were asked to look at ours your eyes world glaze over. I have a muse with a mind for numbers, so she would look at a budget and get all excited. Me? When can we go surfing? I have sketched this for you so you can grasp why I am running for Mayor of San Francisco and why I am getting blue in the face over here - calling for our State of California Citizens Constitutional Convention. I remember when California worked. We can and will be fine and we do not need any help from Washington DC. What we need is to restore our Economic Ecology. We restore our State to health with a redesign of all our processes. We need a new constitution. We need to do this now. It will take time. The sooner we get to work, the sooner we recover and heal. In the process, we will deliver the leadership the other 49 States need now, as there certainly is no effective leadership in Washington DC.

I propose you may care about our future. What I offer is a real solution to restore California to Prosperity from now forward. We need to look at four things that no one is allowed to discuss. This is that part of the conversation - this is the "let's talk about sex"- part of the conversation, where the Transgender's tend to make most most straight people a little nervous. Sex is not fun if your being raped. Life is not fun as a slave. Stoning is murder. Freedom rules, if its yours. If everyone is not free, none are. Prosperity is a wonderful thing if the money is in your pocket or your secure account. If your financially strong, how does that work for you if everyone else in town is in the soup line? So let us look at these four things and put them aside as our common enemies. We need to know what these taboo topics are and identify who is going to become part of the solution, and who will remain in the problem. The longer we remain in the problem, the more life we waste, which could be spent, happy, free, and enjoying life. If you get out on our beaches, lakes, rivers and ocean, or when you hike in our wild-lands, and touch the mother nature that is California, you may come to an appreciation of what a marvelous home we have here as our State of California. California is ours. This is our public trust. This is our commonwealth and commonweal. All of our State is collectively ours. We sure do not want to privatize the treasure we already own.

Governments tend to be boring. Still, it is within out public houses that we set our policies in order.

The problem that our New Governor - also our Old Governor Jerry Brown sought to get all the Stakeholders to agree upon, on December 9th, is old news to us who know the budget "problem". Our Newly Elected - Old Governor, was not playing on the up and up specific to four points: (1) Big Oil; (3) Big Finance; (2) The State Prison Industry - which is 85% to 90% the California participation in Nixon's War On Drugs; and (4) The Tax Problem and Revolutions of 1776, and 1978.

As any one reviews of the problems California has, lets pay attention to big oil Occidental Petroleum, Chevron (The Rockefellers Standard Oil Company of California), as Big Oil is the Brown's Political Base. Remember that State Freeway System? Did Pat Brown build Electric Cars to drive on then? Why were all the Public Electric Trollies removed from all the Cities in our Great State? Big Oil. The reason both Governor Brown's did not enact Oil Severance Taxes on Big Oil is because they are owned by Big Oil. Both Major Political Parties refuse to talk about Bonds the debasement of our Currency and abomination not to use Gold and Silver. 90% of the Gold in California is still in the Ground. 80% of the Silver in Nevada is still in the ground as well. I learned that at the School of Mines at the University of California at Berkeley, so either the Public University told me the truth or they lied. I don't even know if the School of Mines is still open. Regardless, All the profits from State Bonds go to New York. This is a method of plunder and extraction of wealth from our California to others who are in the business of plunder of States, Nations, and Continents. We need Oil Extraction Taxes now. We need to self fund and self finance. California does not need Wall Street. I will not fully address the tenth Amendment of the US Constitution and our Rights as a State and as People due to that skillful gift of James Madison. Two components of the 10th Amendment amount to the fact that we can print California State Notes backed by Gold and Silver. That is one component. The Second is that we can and should end the Failed War on Drugs and Decriminalize all Controlled Substances in our State. There is no 18th Amendment that gave the Federal Government any Right to usurp our States' Right to regulate what goes on within our State borders, which is explicitly not given to the Federal Government in the Constitution, nor prohibited from the Federal Government by the Constitution explicitly. We have a great deal of power as Californians as to how we want to live and organize our affairs as a free people and with our State.

Clearly we need a new approach. My proposal for an Independent, Sovereign State Chartered Bank of California is sound and should be the keystone of California's new Political Economy. My proposal for 58 Independent, Sovereign State Chartered County Banks owned exclusively by the People of each County is also sound. The track record of the State Bank of North Dakota is all any reasonable person needs to study to come round to full agreement. We must keep our wealth to our selves and to our good fortune. There is no law that we must give our wealth, treasure, Liberty, and freedom to any other State or Nation.

Oil will not last forever is one common idea, which is widely believed in our academic institutions. to our current knowledge and even if abiotic substrata oil is produced by the geologic forces caused by our 30 mile deep planetary crust floating on our 8,000 mile wide molten planetary core. As we lead in the development of uses of energy that are healthy for our environment and all living things, we need maintain that policy. We can also do deep sub-strata drilling on land, as the Russians successfully did in the north slope, when they hit the unlimited supply of abiotic deep sub-strata oil. California may well already be the new Saudi Arabia.

We can build and operate 10 to 20 desalination plants to deliver all the fresh water our State needs and more. What we lack is leadership, resolve and wise action. This approach to our Public Utilities for the benefit of our Public Treasure is what good government is all about.

Due to our past commitment to a now clearly failed public policy, where we delivered a criminal solution to the medical problems of alcoholic addiction among our population we have grown the largest Prison Industry in America. The California Department of Corrections is not only the largest Prison System in America, it is the most costly. There is the Prison Guards Union that is known in the Media as the CCOPA: California Correctional Police Officers Association. This group has as its mission their "three L's": Lobby, Legislate, and Litigate. This powerful Union raises and spends $100 million dollars every year on politics. Why? Because they want more prisons and more jobs for prison guards. So what will it be? Incarceration or Education? All the money that used to pay for California's Education System has been usurped by the CCPOA. The process began with the Administration of Pat Brown, and continued thru the Administrations of Reagan, Jerry Brown, Deukmajian, Wilson, Davis, and Schwarzenegger, and now Jerry Brown again. There is no elected politician in California who will step up to the CCPOA. Of the Seven of the 14 Republicans in the State Senate who are total CCPOA used to be Prison Union Members.

So when Jerry Brown says we are Bankrupt, he is not looking to Big Oil to pay their fair share. He has never stood up to David Rockefeller. When Jerry Brown failed to deliver the State Bank Proposal, and the County Bank System that I now place in your hands as MY PROPOSAL for the full healing of our Economic Ecology, I ask you why he won't bring it up? He and his family are familiar with State Governments. Why not Jerry?

Tax Revolutions, in America and in California have been real stem-winders. The issues of inflation and deflation are the taxes that have us in poverty as a nation, allegedly in debt. America was not supposed to volunteer for enslavement to the Banks and Royals of Europe, Asia, or any other Kingdom on our Planet. The IMF is bankrupt. The Federal Reserve Bank is bankrupt. The World Bank is bankrupt. Our American Banking Structure is bankrupt. 60 million mortgages are clouded now, indeed every mortgage filed or not filed since 1980 is not able to have clear title due to the Mortgage Electronic Records System. California will have to address this problem by conducting a full State Inventory of all Real Estate in our California to properly record and issue clear titles for the purposes of restoring correct property tax assessments. No Assessor who has allowed this to take place is qualified for any Public Office further. The same reality faces every County and City Public Attorney who has empowered these frauds by dereliction of duty.

California needs to elect 400 Citizen Delegates to re-frame our State and address all the plethora of issues all at one time. That is why I have drafted the Propositions and formed the California Action Network to address these matters. I call on all the Students of California to take courage and join in. I ask all of the serious brothers and sisters of organized labor to join in.

We need the one public option that one State Bank owned exclusively by the People of California will deliver. We need this same local public option every Local County Bank, which must all exclusively be owned by the People of each County. This is the core substance of our future prosperity. The Economic Ecology that these entities should deliver are as follows:

Financial Reform is a topic few will touch. Those who know New York, fear the bullet to the head. Here in the United States, have had that kind of crime take place over and over and no one is ever prosecuted, or there is always the lone gunman theory of crime. When you think about past history, all who were killed trying to implement serious financial reform were shot in the head usually by one assassin. So few would undertake such a chore as what I have just delivered to all of you. The Bank of North Dakota has existed since 1919. The full annual financial numbers of the State of North Dakota should be pretty close to San Joaquin County, simply due to size alone.

From my perspective, the public option in banking would be a precursor to making it totally illegal for private commercial banks to operate in California. Federal Chartered Credit Unions would be no problem as those Associations are Coops. If Investment Capitalists wanted to operate Investment Banks, I have no problem with Private Investment Banking, as long as there is strict Constitutional prohibition against any and all commercial and retail banking activity by any and all private banks. Only our State and County Banks and our Credit Unions should be allowed to conduct any and all commercial and retail banking activity in the State of California.

In the event of total currency collapse, then our State Bank would begin to print California State Notes which we can do, as long as our State Currency is backed by Silver and Gold, as specified in Article I, Section 10 of the Constitution of the United States of America.

In closing today, I must visit the topic of Land Reform. Due to the Fraudclosuregate and the many forms of fraud that permeate the Real Estate Business, we need to address the issue of certification of clear title to property in our State. As the 18 Banks who all own MERS have defrauded every County in our State of California, we have a serious problem. The Banks in New York, and Europe failed to record the sales of residential and commercial property with our County Assessors. This clear move to commit tax evasion negates those institutions IRS Securities Designations, as well as violates the current Laws of our State and in many Counties. We need to complete this clean up of our State's financial house with Land Reform. I will write my proposal on that shortly. I have clear ideas that will open up housing for everyone, restore our County Tax bases, and deliver stability to our State forward.

The Indictment for Fraudclosure

The Savings and Loan Control Fraud was a trial run. William Black and a few others put 1,000 Banksters to the Prison. That was the S&L Trial Run, a Bank Heist Drive by, a "case the place before we go in" kind of "crime school prep-program", for the "Big Show". The Fraudclosuregate Control Fraud was the (is the) Big Show. No Banksters have gone to the Prison. Given the Banks own the Presidential Administrations, no Banksters will go to Prison. During the S&L dry run, William Black accused Senator John McCain and four others of cover up and sales of protection to the Banksters. Keating went to Prison. McCain ran for President. William Black went to teach at the University. Black is back. Here is a set of videos that walks thru the Mortgage Mess as we first saw it, in 2007 - 2008. In 2009, William Black walks thru Countrywide, Indymac, and a few of the other "Mortgage Bundling Factories", the sausage makers, the assembly line to a Control Fraud, which was planned long before the S&L fiasco.

But what was the point? Why rob everybody? The fraud robbed America of our jobs, our prosperity, our systems of public education, our parks and infrastructure. The fraud in the end, robbed our Federal Treasury, and now is turning our Bill of Rights and Legal Foundations into confetti. The final crime. What was/is the goal? What we can't see, won't see, refuse to open our minds to, is the facts that we are being transformed into a feudal society again. The Kings want to be Kings and same with the Queens. What that system requires is slave and serfs. Welcome to one vision of the 21st Century.

I propose another vision. Since money is turning real all on it's own, and since those of us who use money (everybody) are buying gold and silver (because the Central Bank paper is worthless), we have an opportunity. What do the Banks "own" other than debt. The Royal Scam was set up to eventually move all the property of everybody to the property of the King and Queen - the Royals. A balance sheet was the tool used to do that. In the end, we all owed massive debt. But where did the debt come from? Did it really come from the money we spent like fools? Really? Somebody printed it and handed it out before we spent it. Are you getting interested yet?

Let me introduce you to a "Control Fraud". This very real premeditated crime touches every part of all our lives. Are we all really bankrupt? How should we solve this problem? Since our solution will determine our happiness, quality of life, level of freedom, and genuine security, individually and collectively - forward, lets look at what we are dealing with first.

The solution is to prohibit private ownership of Banks, and Money Production. The solution is our Government Treasury, and our National Sovereignty. The solution is our Constitution and Bill of Rights, and FDR was correct, we need a Second Bill of Rights as well. What I propose is that our Publicly Owned US Treasury to print our money, backed by real physical wealth. This will be our Federal Central Bank and this will be owned by our Federal Government. I also propose that each State in our USA have one Publicly Owned State Bank, and that every County in America have one Publicly Owned County Bank. Our financial Coops, known as our Credit Unions would also be allowed. But all private banking in the USA will be forever forbidden.

To make this work, we simply seize the Privately Owned Corporation known as the Federal Reserve Bank System, and all their Privately Owned FED Chartered Banks, and roll all their assets and operations into our New American Public Bank System, comprised of our US Treasury, and our State and County Banks. All that would be required next is real land reform to reopen our small farms spread far and wide, as well as revitalize our new Modern Urban Centers.

All that is blocking us from a return to America is our vote to remove all Private Banking in our United States. Some of the benefits would be no more TSA and Homeland Security. The Agencies of fascism have to go. No more Corporate ownership of our pubic houses. Freedom and responsibility go hand in hand. We can do this.

Pearl Harbor, Hawaii: At 7:55 on the sunny morning of Sunday, December 7, 1941, 183 Japanese warplanes swooped out of a cloudless sky and demolished the US Pacific fleet docked at Pearl Harbor.

That event took place quickly, and still echos across time, with ripples in history that brought us Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The Japanese Americans were all sent to Concentration Camps and lost all their property. It all happened fast, sixty nine years ago to the day. Frank Brennan was on a ship to shore craft in the Pearl Harbor when the planes commenced to dive and bomb the Pacific Fleet. He watched his own ship blown out of the water. No point trying to tie up. What could anyone do in that situation. "Help, help... help" came the cries from the men who made it to the surface, and into the boat they dragged one after the other. Some of those men were your Grandfathers and Great-grandfathers now, and most are dead. Dead men tell no tails.

In those days, lose change was silver. Gold was $35.00 per ounce and you could buy it at the Bank, any Bank. No more. As quickly as life changed and a military war resumed that December of 1941, as quickly as that flash in the sky, when Little Boy blew up over the city center of Hiroshima, Monday morning, August 6, 1945, some things change in a split second, with a finality numbing to all who endure. When the currency crisis begins, there will be warnings, like those sounds of the droning of far away engines, that hummed over Pearl and the Harbor of Hiroshima years later. There is that droning sound, or a news story, or radio announcement, or voice from the other room. Maybe its a light in the window, or the sound of tires squealing and the report of the massive collision. When life happens and events are not loose change, or golden moments, there is the initial acceptance, sober decisions and if you can.... if you can, you make the adjustments to life necessary.

Here is one of those sounds, or noises to awaken you from your slumber. Things are about to change quickly, very quickly. The global economy is about to go thru a total currency collapse. The privately owned American Banks, led by JP Morgan Chase and their privately owned Federal Reserve Bank are bankrupt. The value of your - our - everyone's Federal Reserve Notes - US Currency - the FED Dollar, it is worthless. When others discover that fact, it will be too late to do anything other than walk with what ever you consider your God. Oddly, I have faith and hope. My faith is that we can each make a difference and my hope is that we do, and we actually achieve changing the world. At this time - while you can, please move all your investments and currency into physical silver and gold. Take possession. When the Banks close, you will not be allowed into your safe deposit box. Pistols? Ammo? Ruger makes a great 357 revolver, that will take 38 ammo as well as 357 shells. My family always had shotguns at the ready, as those are the best defensive weapon ever made. Pearl Harbor?

I wonder.....

Real Estate is the ultimate boat anchor of any investment class. This is why housing is considered housing. Housing is never an investment. Housing is a private utility. Farms are a good source of livelihood, and are always a means to produce food. A producing small farm is worth more than a home in the suburbs, where you need to purchase gasoline to move around. One produces. The suburbs require expenses be paid to live life. You don't need to move around on your farm, other than to do your chores. Suburbs? Suburbs require commutes. Homeless? Shelterless? That is a tragedy. I have had mansions and been homeless all in my life span. I speak to you from personal experience.

Paper investments? Stocks, Bonds, Notes, Deeds of Title, are all valued within a market - in some currency denomination. You can not eat those things for nourishment. When there is no market, your broke. All currency denominated wealth is tied to the paper currency that is the rate of valuation, unlike precious metals. Banks used to tell you their "notes" or "currency" was backed by gold or silver so your use of their paper in commerce was "covered". Now paper is tied to nothing. Paper money is tied to the faith in a government. That kind of value is not worth a thing now. Look at the nations folding. Greece, Iceland, and Ireland are all gone now. Those places are all sources of tribute payments now due the faceless global banks, owned by the Rockefellers, the Rothchilds, Mitsui Family, and others, some who claim "Royal" titles. What a cruel joke. Spain, Italy, Portugal and England are next. Royal to be sure! The USA is in that same queue as well.

Gold and Silver have their own value. When land is useless for many reasons among them: no water; too far from anywhere; no amenities; all ice; all rock; next door to a Prison or boneyard; when you find yourself land poor, metals have value. When currencies loose all value as well, precious metals retain their intrinsic value as real money. When governments fold, printed paper has nothing to back it. In Germany they used German-Marks to burn to say warm in the winters. Value? When the banks close as insolvent, metal in hand or pocket has value. When my Mother returned home from Greece, after World War II, she took her passage in suitcases to the travel agent, to book and pay for her trip from Athens to New York. I think that was 1946. It took two large suitcases of cash. She and the ticket agent lady made tea and sat down to count the money. That purchase took all morning. They started at 8 O'clock and were done by lunch. As the presses turn, notes with more zero's replace the previous runs. That is why $100 dollars buys $20 worth of groceries now. Two days ago, on the Trolly on Market Street here in San Francisco, the Operator and I chatted about when we came up in the 1950's. Gas was $0.18 per gallon and if you filled it up, they would toss in a pack of smokes to show you their appreciation of your business. Movies were a quarter, for a double feature. Popcorn was a nickel. I'm not that old. I'm only 58. My Mom was telling me of growing up in Montana, and how good new moccasins felt after they were worn wet once and dried to your foot. I did not think it odd when my Grandfather Talcott took me out to the old homestead to learn how to handle guns and shoot pistols, rifles and shotguns. I can still smell the air at the old family ranch. Money can't buy memories. But when there are hard times, money can deliver more than you may imagine would have value until it's a need and not a want.

I urge all of you to put all your savings, stocks, retirement funds, and all other dollar denominated investments (or investments in Euros, Yen, or any other paper) and buy physical silver or gold. These tapes document the Enterprise R.I.C.O., which the United States Government now sanctions, and protects, and allows the Federal Reserve Bank to operate as a criminal enterprise in collusion with JP Morgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, Citi, Wells, Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, and all the six largest commercial real estate firms in the USA (all six are owned by the Rockefeller Family Trusts). Other entities are Included in this organized crime. The felonious service and support felony facilitators include the Banks, Mortgage Brokers, Securities Rating Agencies, Hedge Fund Operators, Brokers and Analysts, Government Regulators, and of course both the United States Treasury Officers, as well as the United States Attorney General and Holder's Department of Justice.

On December 1st 2010, the Federal Reserve Bank released 21,000 documented October 2008 transactions, which revealed the partial scope of the bailout by United States Taxpayers of another 35 firms, which are European, and Asian Private Corporations. Also included in this Federal Reserve Bank ongoing gifting of trillions of US Taxpayer Dollars, without limit as of Christmas in 2009 are non-Federal Reserve Chartered Institutions like GM Credit, General Electric, Off Shore Hedge Funds and more. This operation makes ENRON look like some kid making a sand castle.

Since this felony ongoing enterprise racket now takes place on a daily basis, with the full knowledge and collusion of the President of the United States of America, these allegations are Impeachable Offenses. Unfortunately, those United States Senators who would be responsible to hold the trial of President Obama are all guilty as well, and as such are not qualified to sit in judgement of the President. Since Holder has not appointed the Independent Special Council and since so many of the House, the Senate, and the Office of the President are in collusion we have a problem that is beyond the scope of a Constitutional Remedy. We also have a problem that is beyond the scope of criminal prosecution, within the Constitutional Boundaries of the Law, as well over 90% of the United States Regulators, US Prosecutors, American Legislators and members of Obama's Cabinet as well as President Obama, and Vice President Biden are felons guilty of misprison of felony at minimum, and clearly dereliction of duty as well, which includes the wholesale violations of their oaths of office - individually and collectively, and more.

Treason is the only word that communicates the seriousness of these allegations. If true, as I believe these charges are, the Federal Reserve Dollar will collapse in a global currency crisis before June of 2011. You will have to study MERS and Fraudclosuregate to grasp what these gentlemen are telling you and the world. You will have to study the current status of the real estate (residential and commercial) markets in America to get this fully. That will only take you a week tops.

What no one has touched on yet is the fraud that has taken place at the foundation funding process of all our 3,141 County Governments in the USA. This "most real threat" to our daily lives as citizens means that all our County Governments are about to go into total economic stress for lack of funding and revenue sources. ALL OUR PROPERTY TAXES ARE IMPROPER. This will affect all 50 State Government Revenues as well. Since 1980, all the greater than 60 million mortgages in MERS were improperly recorded at the County Recorders Office of EVERY COUNTY IN THE USA. This means that the Tax Assessor can not ascertain the correct financial assessment of property taxes on all properties sold since 1980.

As there is no longer any "Mark to Market" valuation of Real Estate, in real time, in the USA, due to the changes in Generally Accepted Rules of Accounting, real valuation of Real Estate should begin to free fall, along with the global value of the Fraudulent Federal Reserve Bank Notes (Dollars). This will further send all our State and Local Governments into Crisis, and NO ONE IS TALKING ABOUT THIS.

So what is in these tapes? This presentation of evidence by a veteran CNN, and ABC investigative financial journalist is the first presentation of this material in this form I have ever seen - as of December 4th, 2010.

Based on this information, I am sure as are many others, including the Economic Offices of the Government of China, that: (1) the Federal Reserve Dollar will collapse; (2) the Dollar value of Silver and Gold, will appreciate with a velocity not seen before as the precious metals decouple from the FED Dollar - as the FED Dollar is discarded as a global currency. No one needs to understand the information in these tapes to protect themselves and their family. This is why the Government of China has instructed all their people to purchase Silver and Gold and take physical possession as the paper currencies of the world go into a period of great crisis.

In the United States, we all are somewhat aware that we have lived thru a time where there was huge speculation in real estate. This basically started in 1980. No real estate bought or sold since 1980 has a clear title of ownership any longer. That last statement is very profound.

According to William Black, that past US Bank Regulator who put over 1,000 Savings and Loan Criminal Felony Frauds to the Prison (including 5 of John McCain's friends and campaign financiers), 80% of the Mortgage Backed Securities delivered to the FED, and then passed on by the FED to the US Treasury, which took place thru the FED since October of 2008... 80% of those Securites are worthless fraud. They have zero value due to so many layers of felony, there is no way to sort them out - other than outright land reform with clear titles issued. This is a $10 trillion dollar problem, in todays dollars, pre-hyperinflation. In terms of the daily trading of derivative instruments, which accounts for 75% of the GDP in the United States, the problem of these toxic derivatives shoots up into the level of hundreds of trillions of dollars. This is what structural engineers call a house of cards.

What does this Felony Criminal Racket consist of? This is the largest organized crime in world history. What the Federal Reserve now admits was a shift of over $10 trillion FED Dollars to the United States Treasury, is now compounded by complex financial instruments that basically mean that there are hundreds of trillions of counterfeit financial notes (promises to pay) floating in the global financial markets. This means that most of the securities in our 401 K retirement funds, all the money in our Public Retirement funds, and more, to include most of the value in Stock, Bond, and Money Market Mutual Funds..... are worthless. Since this securities market and the real estate market are what prop up the perceived value of the Federal Reserve Dollar, the FED Dollar will collapse soon in what economic historians call a classic currency collapse.

The Chinese understand that the $5 trillion that the FED passed onto the books of Fanny Mae and Freddie Mac before both those quasi public firms were confiscated by the US Treasury was worthless Mortgage Backed Securitized Debt (MBS Instruments). Based on the information the FED just released on December 1st, 2010 we can now add $6 trillion to that 2008-2009 $5 trillion, for about a $12 trillion dollar transfer of worthless toilet paper to the US Treasury in exchange for our new addition to our National Debt.

So what was in these MBS instruments and why are these frauds worth zero. Where did the real estate go that backs up the value of these MBS documents? I am not going to address the fact that many of these MBS products have the same real estate in multiple packages. Think of it as the Banks sold the same residential property to 20 different investors and each investor thought the real estate backed up their investment. In reality, the banks took the whole value for the property from 20 or more investors, and those investors who were bilked were our retirement funds. The Banks robbed our US Treasury and our Retirement funds all at the same time. Then they paid them selves bonuses for the crimes!

Why can't Obama and Congress just pass a retro active law to make all this legal so the bankers don't have to go to prison and so those of us with these mortgages (over 60 million Americans) can keep their homes with some new deal to keep paying the Bankers? What about the trillions the bankers already stole from us all? Who pays that back to our US Treasury? According to Tim Geithner - we should give the banks more money for the privilege of 6 to 12 million more of us losing our homes in foreclosure.

Here is the list of the Felonies the Banks Committed for you to consider:

1.) The Intentional Creation of the Promissory Notes buy the lenders (before any note was bundled into a security and sold as stock) violated the Contractual Representation of Warrantees. These warrantees made by the lenders included the covenant that the Bank (the lender) would keep the records and documents of the contract in good order during the 15, 20 or 30 year term of the mortgage. The lenders who knew they were going to roll over the mortgages within days to a bundler on Wall Street all knew they were not going to keep the deal and keep the records in order for say 30 years. That was a fraud committed against the buyer of the real estate, and issuer of the promissory note. The Banks repeated this fraud on now over 60 million pieces of property.

2.) The Banks allowed fraud in the Loan Application Process. Most Loans were made to people who never verified their income. Those liars loans were then bundled as AAA rated notes.

3.) The subsequent Securitization of Debt is fraud. Here is a source to study if you do not get this: Christopher Story

4.) The Rating of Securitized Debt as AAA Grade Investments, without the original loan files, as required by law in all 50 States in the USA, that is needed to back up the value of that Security and the future alleged value of that security is fraud to the purchaser of the Mortgage Backed Securities (our 401K's, Mutual Funds, Retirement Funds, and Investors money - from all over the world).

5.) Because the Investment Bankers (Goldman, JPMC, Citi, BoA, Wachovia, Wells, and more) did not have the original paperwork, they then re-bundled the mortgages in question into 5, 10, 20, maybe as many as 50 or more "Packages". This was flat out selling the same apple to many different customers - buy selling a note that said you owned the apple you invested in - but never held the physical apple. This is how the Banks defrauded millions of investors. Does your Retirement Fund Manager have your "Notes"? Do they have the "Original Documents" to secure your retirement? What your Retirement Manager better have if your retirement has any value left is three things on each property you "invested in": (1) Original Paperwork of each Loan Application in the MBS Package, including the verification of income by the borrower; (2) The Original Promissory Note with blue ink signatures that are notarized in person - by hand; (3) The Original Recorded Deed of Title. This last document will have the Purple Stamp of the County Recorders Office on it, and specify the value of the Real Estate at the time of transfer. Without all these documents on each loan in the bundled Mortgage Backed Security - the whole bundle as an investment is worthless.

6.) The reason the Banks want to have the MBS instruments fail (which means that more than 20% of the mortgages in the bundle do not pay or perform) is because the Banks purchased CDS or Credit Default Swaps Instruments on their Liability. If the investment they sell goes south, they get the insurance money on the full investment that they keep as their profits - regardless of the misery the Bank caused the Home Buyer, the Real Estate MBS Investor (retirement fund manager), and County Government who got cheated out of local property taxes. How are we going to pay our Cops and Firemen with this kind of deal to New York?

7.) To cover their ass, the Banks set up document generation shops - for robo signing - you may have heard about on TV. Fraudulently counterfeiting forged documents is a felony.

8.) We also have other layers of fraud on this basic set of frauds. There is component contract fraud, security laws fraud, property law fraud, UCC fraud, bankruptcy fraud, tax fraud, accounting fraud, and simple common law fraud. There is too much of to many of these layers of different frauds for Congress to write some Ex Post Facto Law (an unconstitutional act) to clean this up, because that would nullify all our laws of our land. What can Obama and Congress do? Pass a Law that all these various Laws in America are suspended so the Banks can just confiscate everyone's home?

9.) The IRS Securities Designations on over 60 million mortgages are not correct. This is a big problem. The Taxes due, capital gains, losses, and more all need to be readjusted. This also means that the basis for all the Bankers Bonuses from 2007, 2008, 2009, and this New Years in 2010 all need to be re-scrutinized. No one can take illegal profits and pay bonuses on those stolen funds. The money all must be returned to the rightful owners.

10.) Vice President Biden has repeatedly stated the any Federal Official who becomes aware of any federal felony and does not report it in full, is guilty of the felony classified as "Misprision of Felony". Once single count of that felony is a 3 year term in Federal Prison, and a serious financial penalty. Where is our United States Attorney General on all of this? How many Federal Officials now belong arrested and prosecuted?

11.) When so many laws are broken in what was a systematic racket to commit so many felonies across a huge population that crime has it's own classification, as all those who planned and executed the Racket are Kingpin Career Criminals. This crime is called a "Control Fraud". This is no joke. This is what the top people in the Savings and Loan Crimes went to Prison for. Since these crimes all include the Mortgage Electronic Registry System (MERS), which is owed by the same 18 Banks who also own the Private Corporation known as the Federal Reserve Bank, and the FED was used to bifurcate the losses and shunt those off to the United States Treasury while the ownership Banks involved were allowed to pocket all the illegally gained trillions upon trillions of FED Dollars, Euros, Yen and other Currency, the whole crew of Banks, Corporations, Trusts, Hedge Funds, LLC's, LLP's and Individuals involved are guilty of one huge single Criminal Racket. This is Federal R.I.C.O.. All the assets of all these Banks, Corporations, Trusts, Hedge Funds, LLC's, LLP's and Individuals involved liable for absolute seizure by the People of the United States of America. Seizure of all these assets and claims on these assets would allow real Land Reform, after we put all these Banks, Corporations, Trusts, Hedge Funds, LLC's, LLP's and Individuals involved out of business and to the federal prison.

12.) These Control Frauds included:
12-1.) Fraudulent Inducement. (used to get people to get into the mortgages needed to rob a whole community)
12-2.) Fraudulent Promise. (used to assure the victim that the perp would keep clear record for the term of the contract)
12-3.) Fraudulent Re-packaging of the Mortgage. (for sale of the same contract to multiple investors in secret to all others)
12-4.) Fraudulent Sales of Worthless Securities.
12-5.) Fraudulent Placement of Commercial Hedges against the performance of a Customers purchase of Worthless Securities.
12-6.) Fraudulent Filing of Securities Statements pertaining to all Minimum Capital Requirements Laws.
12-7.) Fraudulent Failure to Disclose Professional Conflicts of Interests, and Self Dealing.
12-8.) Collective R.I.C.O. Fraud which included the millions of predicate acts of all the Banks, Corporations, Trusts, Hedge Funds, LLC's, LLP's and Individuals involved. There is no statute of limitations on R.I.C.O.

The failure to maintain minimum capital requirements of all these players is why the Federal Reserve Bank had to lend over $9 trillion FED Dollars to the participants in these crimes in October of 2008.

The facts stand that the FED now secretly funds all the participant banks on a daily ongoing basis, due to the need to cover up the extent of the Fraudclosure Crisis while the participant banks attempt to throw as many Americans out of their homes as possible. Whether or not you pay your mortgage does not matter. This situation is over 60 million clouded titles and a whole economic system that is simply a house of cards. Who creates the money is who executes the leadership in this staggeringly large global ponzi scam, built one debt that can not be proven.

There are only two outcomes for payment of debt. One outcome is that debt is paid in full and retired. The other is that debt is defaulted upon. Given that the debts in all these elements of this massive control fraud were created and run by the Banksters or Financial Terrorist as you would care to characterize them, and given that all the contracts are in FED Dollars, the default when the house of cards falls, is called a currency crisis. This currency crisis will be in FED Dollars and impact global trade. Since the now bankrupt players include but are not limited to the International Money Fund (propped up by FED Dollars printed on paper), the Bureau of International Settlements, the World Bank, as well as all these Banks, Corporations, Trusts, Hedge Funds, LLC's, LLP's and Individuals involved, we should seen people everywhere abandon FED Paper and demand either gold or silver to conduct business.

What will happen to the Counties and States that depend on revenue for their services, payrolls, and programs?

That uncertainty is why I propose every State charter an exclusively Publicly Owned State Bank, chartered by the State Government. I also propose that all 3,141 Counties charter exclusively Publicly Owned State Chartered County Banks, so we can establish our own State Notes and County Script to get us thru the crisis as we seize all the Banks and Individuals complicit to the crimes I outlined here - above.

My "NO" votes here are due to my experience with the law in the Anti-trust ordeal I endured. The FBI White Collar Crime Unit told me I endured over 100 felonies here in San Francisco in 1999 thru 2004. I believe Kevin Ryan was fired for asking for a case number from Washington DC in my situation. The US Attorney General Gonzalez would not issue a case number in the felonies I endured, and Mr. Ryan was fired. George W. Bush wanted to rejoin ATT as a component corporation of a new American Duopoly with Verison. The goal was to make ATT a Texas Corporation so all our phone bills would go to the friends of the Bush Family in Texas. W got his way. I was ruined. I respect Kevin Ryan as a man, as a Prosecutor and as a Judge. It's too bad what the Bush Administration did to him, after appointing him Chief US Attorney to try to fill the shoes of William B. Spohn. Sweet Old Bill, served every US President since FDR as Chief US Attorney for the Western Region of the Department of Justice. I am not sure Kevin Ryan would have filled those shoes, but Kevin may have grown into the position. My "NO" votes here are votes of no confidence in the California Judiciary due to their support of what I consider illegal law, the allowance of a "Special Motion To Strike". These judges blocked my malicious prosecution of seven lawyers in what is corrupt collusion in the profession of Law in California. This is one area of the Law that I intend to change with a California Citizens Constitutional Convention. The State Bar Prosecution of corruption and negligence in the State Bar is so disgustingly odious the whole application of the State Bar Act must be re-framed in a New State Constitution so that the Citizens of California are never abused by lawyers going forward. I am not going to go into the details on all the thousands of Special Accusations Against Attorney's filed yearly at the California Supreme Court against Lawyers who should be disbarred and are not. We remove drunk drivers California Drivers Licenses. We need to have a process that works to protect Californians from Rogue and Incompetent Lawyers. The end result for me was ruin. The whole California Judiciary needs to be re-tooled from top to bottom and back to top again. This is why I wrote into the two Constitutional Initiatives I drafted, language to require the California Supreme Courts participation in the Citizens Constitutional Convention. The Judges are intimately aware of what does not work in the California Law with regard to Justice. Who's going to fix the problems? The Legislature? The Governor? No. We are. Until we are done with a Constitutional Convention and have ratified our new State Constitution, I will not vote for any Judge unless the race is contested. That is one reason I voted for Michael Nava.

Jane Kim #1 - Supervisor District 6 - Total Support. Jane has done a great job with a huge budget, over at our San Francisco Unified School District. She and I were both San Francisco Greens. Those of you who know me well, know I was a SF Green for a while. I was disgusted with the San Francisco Democratic Party for many personal reasons. Let me name a few: Diane Feinstein, Willy Brown, and the list goes on from there. I believe Diane was the shot caller when Harvey Milk and George Moscone were assassinated. Willy Brown may have not been indicted yet, but I am interested in what I can do to change that in my tenure in San Francisco Politics. Why not? Our kids deserve better. I do not talk over my history with many in San Francisco Politics. Because of my personal history, I have a total support for the youth of our political process. We can't fix the old timers who screwed this up. But we can invest our support in the new leaders of the future. Jane is one of the top Politicians alive in San Francisco today. She is my choice for District Six Supervisor.

Jim Meko #2 - When I am elected Mayor, I will appoint Jim Meko to the San Francisco Planning Commission. This guy is great!

Debra Walker #3 - Debra is my friend. And I am aware of how politics works. I have two books. I remember and do not forget all who help me and all who work against me. That is just how the game is played. Call me old school. Call me anything you like. I like Debra as a person, but when I expressed interest in running for Supervisor in District Six, that was not my political goal in terms of how I could best benefit as many people as possible with what remains of my life. San Francisco politics is fun and sure I want to clean it up. And I drafted two constitutional initiatives to help my State of Birth: California. I asked Debra for her support when it came time for Milk Club Endorsements. Again I asked Debra for her support in my June 8th Race to work for our County Democratic Party on the DCCC. My experience is that when she offers support, she does not back it up with action. When the question of my initiatives came up in October of 2009, Debra was silent. When the issue of the Milk Club Endorsing me for the DCCC came up - my computer had failed and no one, including Debra would speak up for me. I felt what Harvey must have felt so often when at first, the community turned their backs on him in his first race. In fact, one reason I will never address the Alice B. Toklas Democratic Club again is because of how they treated Harvey Milk. Two books. Mine go back to 1966 in this town. That is why I hope to work with the free spirits from the old communes in the Haight as we make moves now to open up California to End Nixon's War On Drugs, change the criminal treatment of alcoholic addiction, and more. Debra should be honored to be my number three here in District Six. She owns that third choice as she is a fellow Milk Clubber. I am surprised Matt Gonzalez did not come out for Jane Kim.

19 - Yes - I want to end the prohibition, so to me, this is only one small step in much more important work.

20 - No - I do not support Arnold Schwarzenegger's voting district commission. This was a plan by Republicans to get power without having to get elected. If you want the support of the voters - go get it on the up and up. This GOP round the back sleazy move to take what they can not get from the voters does not have any support from me.

21 - Yes - I support State Parks. Gavin Newsom and Mark Leno started a process of selling California State Park Land to Developers because "we can't afford" State Parks. Screw them. We can and must always protect our State Commonwealth.

22 - No - This is a sneaky work around to ruin California State Public Schools, K-12, our Community Colleges, our CSU System and UC. There needs to be a separation between Sacramento and our Counties - yes, but this is not how to do it. We need a Constitutional Convention to protect all the programs of our Counties, including Public Education and Public Health & Human Services. The Cops and Firemen should not get preferential treatment at the expense of our kids. This is bad public policy.

23 - No - The proponents of this Big Oil Initiative are Big Oil. I do not find that Big Oil, Enron, and Texas Oil Companies ever have good ideas for California. This is a huge NO NO NO.

24 - Yes - This Initiative corrects where Big Corporation succeeded to shirk their responsibility to pay their fair share of the operating costs of California - the location where they make their huge profits. We need to close the loop holes where Big Corporations profit at the expense of us all.

25 - Yes - This restores some small portion of Majority Rule and Political Equality to California Politics. Yes we only need a simple majority to pass our State Budget. YES.

26 - No - This is a very conservative ploy to avoid fiscal responsibility by the wealthiest.

27 - Yes - This goes with #20. No on 20, Yes on 27.

M - Yes: Make sure the Police Conduct Frequent Foot Patrols

N - Yes: Make the Fat Cat's Pay their fair share again! AGAIN!
